Great location, couple of minutes from Shinjuku station, which is a great launchpad for you to explore Japan from. Rooms are a tad small, but cosy & clean. Great for solo & couple travellers. Those with kids might feel a bit cramped. Service is great, no frills, decent. Will definitely return!

Great location, couple of minutes from Shinjuku station, which is a great launchpad for you to explore Japan from. Rooms are a tad small, but cosy & clean. Great for solo & couple travellers. Those with kids might feel a bit cramped. Service is great, no frills, decent. Will definitely return!

Single room was slightly small but has all the facilities you need. It was a comfortable stay in great location (05mins walk from Shinjuku Station, mini marts and eating places nearby). Receptionists were very helpful and would highly recommend this hotel!

Good Location and alot of eating places nearby. Convinient store directly under (Daily yamazaki). Across the street there's familymart, few steps away there's 7-11. Nearest exit is shinjuku nishiguchi subway station D4 exit for ome-kaido ave. No elevator/escalator available so if your carrying luggages it might be a challenge.

Location is right next to Shinjuku station, the lobby is on the second floor - connected to the road by an escalator or elevator from the building below. Hotel is very well cleaned, with daily cleaning between 10-2 every day, plenty of vending machines and ice machines on site, despite being on a busy road I barely heard any traffic at all, sound proofing must be top quality. They have some foreign staff, which speak fluent English and the locals speak sufficient to be able to deal with any issues.

In the heart of Shinjuku, location is perfect! A bit noisy during night time, you may hear some horn sound from the police car in the street.

Standard ibis rooms. with limited spaces but fits two opened luggages if managed properly. Great location close to everything. Right opposite to underground station.

Room is small so perfect if you’re just using it to sleep and as a base between being out and about! clean, easy to find and relatively cheap!

1. The hotel is very near to different restaurants. Plus, there is also a convenient store and a pharmacy down the hotel. 2. The train stations are accessible from the hotel. 3. The toiletries especially the soap (foam) is very good!! 4. The hotel staff are very kind and assists us with inquiries with respect.

Pros: location is very good, located in the heart of Shinjuku; Room size is reasonable in Japan (twins bed) Walking distance from NEX platform in JR Shinjuku Station to the hotel is around 20 mins with luggages. (have escalators and lift) Cons: Central Control of Air Conditioning, you may borrow a fan from hotel if needed.

Excellent hotel with superb location. Great staff and the worked best burger joint at the ground fooor. Room is a bit on the smell side but clean and comfortable. TV only has one English Channel - BBC news. Staff are amazing and helpful.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Not super spacious but most hotels in Japan are such. Still a comfortable stay and the location of the hotel is great! Definitely recommend this place to friends and stay here again.
