Super convenient, clean, pleasent”

only a 1 night stay so that we could head to the airport easily, but great nonetheless!!

DISCOURTEOUS STAFF”

Everything seemed to be right until the final minute after we checked out. After going inside the elevator, I put my head out to take a final peek to make sure we didn't leave any luggage behind at the lobby since we had 6 all together. The 2 female staff assigned that evening of Feb. 10 giggled as I took a final look. Seemed as if they were making fun of me and my wife for carrying 6 baggages. What they don't know was that we were in Japan for almost 2 weeks and we traveled to the 2 snowiest places on earth - Aomori and Sapporo and so we had our full winter gear plus several change of clothes. Regardless of how many baggages we brought, it was a clear sign of discourtesy. I reserved the highest standard of politeness, respect and courtesy from the Japanese people but that single moment changed everything instantly and dramatically. I did not expect it to come from the staff most especially since the hotel has an excellent review. I feel it was an insult and a bitter experience.

Clean and good location”

Hotel is close to train station and shopping area. View of Tokyo tower is great. You can see the Tokyo tower from your room. Staffs are kind and nice.

Newly built hotel ”

The hotel was built in Spring 2019. The room is pretty small but worth the price. Close to metro station and there are lots of restaurants downstairs.

excellent hotel in a very convenience location for traffic by both JR&Metro”

In short, we like it very much! It's locate in a very convenience location. The JR & Monorail station is in a 5 minute walking distance, which we arrived the hotel from HND airport within 30 minutes directly. & for the Tokyo Metro exit, it is even closer. It is almost outside the door. The room is very clean same as the quality Japan hotels always have. & Even better the view from our room is super! we can see the Tokyo Tower in the middle of our room's window. Definitely we will choice to stay at any time we visit Tokyo.

Great Stay.”

Well placed Hotel where the subway is located near the hotel and the JR Line is 2 streets away. There are many food options beside the hotel, 2 Family Marts and 1 7-11 within walking distance, so you don’t have to worry when you are hungry. Room is small but well placed, where we could open a medium sized luggage and small sized luggage in the room. The highlight was the bed, where we had the best sleep here among all the hotels we stayed during our 2 week long trip.

Amazing place”

Super close to station. Plenty to eat and see around the area. Was easy to get there from airport. Big room considering the location. Spotlessly clean with full amenities. Highly recommended. We will sure be staying there again!!

Nice and newly renovated hotel with Tokyo tower at the window view. Near to metro that can bring you to Haneda airport directly.

Non effective washing machine and dryer”

I used the coin washing machine to wash my clothes on Tuesday and then dry for 1 hr but the clothes still wet. But it's already 00:00 in the midnight, so I took the clothes back to the room and hanged around. On the next day, I didn't switch the air con when I went out, then I came back from work and the clothes still wet with stinky smell. So I took the clothes to wash again and this time I need 1.5 hrs to dry a few pieces of clothes and some underwear. Unfortunately some clothes still with stinky smell. I won't suggest you to stay here long and need to wash the clothes in the hotel. Otherwise you need to take them to the coin laundry outside.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Ready access by direct train from both Haneda and Narita.

離濱松町JR站只有5-10分鐘路程，離大門站A5出口只有10米，交通非常方便。10分鐘路程可到東京鐵塔，提供收有烘乾功能洗衣機，收300-500日圓。大堂在2樓，提供免費咖啡和十多款茶包。服務態度好，值得推薦的酒店！我和他都很滿意這次的住宿！

地理位置很好，附近有多条地下铁路线，可以直达浅草和羽田机场！房间不算很小（但不能和国内快捷酒店比），能同时摊开两个28寸的箱子，卫生间蛮大的，洗护是DHC。能看到东京塔！前台很热情，下雨借的伞质量也好。早餐是在楼下咖啡店，正常发挥吧。（但白天这家店人超多，满满当当的）

房间虽然有点小但特别干净，设施也特别新，特别是洗手间是干湿分离型的非常棒。有带烘干机的自动洗衣机，所以长时间停留完全不用担心衣物的事情。前台服务员也特别热情。 宾馆就在芝神明商店街里，周围有很多餐厅和咖啡厅、药妆店，正门斜对面就是浅草线和大江户线的出入口，离JR滨松町也只要走10分钟，基本上哪里都能去，交通非常方便。离东京塔和增上寺很近，走路10分钟就能到的距离。

硬要講缺點就是沒有提供瓶裝水，但至少水龍頭的水有註明是可以喝的。 房間窗外看出去可以看到東京鐵塔是小確辛！
