Great hotel ”
I liked this hotel, the location is a few minutes walk away from Gotanda station. The rooms are small which is expected of hotels in Japan but I found them to be extremely clean. Was nice and quiet as well.

location is good, we stayed there during sakura season and there were sakura trees from station to the hotel so it's beautiful. staff is helpfull and polite, room is clean, no issue during check in and check out

hotel is close to Gotanda station, even better if go in sakura season since the road to the hotel have a lot of sakura trees! breakfast is free and choices are limited, but hey it's free, so it's perfect!

Nice and accommodating front staff”
My parents and I stayed at Keio Presso Inn around early March to visit my brother who is currently studying in a Japanese uni. The staff was very accommodating. We cannot speak Japanese fluently but they really tried their best to communicate with us. I really like it. The free breakfast is also worth it

Clean and great location ”
The location is great, close to Gotanda Station on the Yamamoto line. The room is small but clean. The staffs don’t speak English, but tried their best to use translator to communicate.

未試過在日本住那麼細的酒店 行李箱是完全無辦法打開的狀態 兩個人都想開行李箱的話 走廊會完全佔滿 沒有任何位置再走路 東西都只可以放床和窗台 有一天同時間吹頭和煲水 房間還突然跳電制 可能真的因為房間真的太細 電力負荷不足吧… 性價比真係不高就是了

Indeed, as you say, if you have a large suitcase or luggage, it may be difficult to fully open those lids. However, there is a space under the bed, so we suggest the guests to use it for storage. Also, we think there are more outlets in the room than our other hotels of the same level. However, most of the customers are Japanese business users, so we think there is room for improvement in terms of dealing with the increasing number of foreign tourists. 駅から近く少し暗いですがコンビニがあるのでホテルまでは女性でも心配ないです。朝食付で数はそんなにないですが、このお値段だったらお米かパンが選べるので十分だと思います。立地を考えるとリーズナブル。寝るだけならこちらで満足します！

スタッフさんが親切”
チェックインの受付も丁寧でしたし、仕事の後夜中の戻りでも、スタッフさんがとても親切にお声がけしてくださって、登りのエレベーターの中で感動しました。お部屋も問題なく清潔ですし、駅近ですし、なによりもスタッフさんの接客が優しくて良かったです。また五反田に来ることがあれば是非利用させていただきたいです。

五反田駅からも近く、受付の方の対応も良い。朝ご飯が無料でつき、部屋も一人で泊まるには充分。アメニティは自分が使う分を使用できる。また、期間限定で間違え探しをしたら、アメニティ詰め放題や、コンプリートしたらアメニティグッズも貰えて時間があるときにサクッと楽しめて、嬉しいお土産もできました。 また、近くに行くときはここのホテルに泊まりたい！

都内在住ですが、用があり五反田に宿泊することになりました。駅前ではないので静かで清潔感もあり、一人で泊まるには充分な設備でした。今回は朝食をいただかなかったのですが無料で食べられるためまた機会があればお世話になりたいと思います。
