It is one of my favorite hotels in Tokyo. I have stayed in this hotel for couple of times. I figured out some of the staff are very professional while some of them are not. especially one day I was late for check out and was in my room then the staff came in the room directly without noticing. I was shocked. Maybe he knocked on the door I didn't hear but apparently, he didn't make effort to inform me in advance. And another day it was another staff, when I did check out, his attitude seems unpleasant, and was talking in an unpolite and unpleasant tone. I think the real professional attitude is not like this. As I really like this hotel, especially the lobby, I sincerely hope they could have a better team to serve the customers. COVID is hard for the hotel industry but lack of professionality could damage more than COVID .

I really like this hotel. Especially the lobby. And their room is bigger than others in Tokyo at the same price level. This is my second time to stay here. But I found room cleaning is not as good as last time. I found some left garbage in the room. If they could improve this it could be 100 points!

Good access to Haneda and Shinagawa”
A nice newly renovated hotel, so everything is clean. Breakfast was good, nothing too special, but the view from the 16th floor was great. Great value for money.

Basic Hotel”
Choose the hotel if you are looking for minimal customer service and no actual hotel services. There are no facilities except lobby sitting area, and the staff don’t feel welcoming at all but stil respectful. Area is quite calm and nothing newr by except grocery and McD or BurgerKing and to get to use JR PASS, you initially will pay some money from Shingawq Seaside station to Shinagawa station.

Perfect location, right next to Shinagawa Seaside station! Also next to Aeon and some restaurants. Hotel is nice, although the room could use new carpet. Overall nice stay.

Best option for staying in Shinagawa Area”
Location is great. There is bus and train near to the building. There is shopping area around the hotel. Staff is great. Breakfast is good

Very modern ”
Very modern hotel with hi-tech amenities. The hotel is right above a subway station giving easy access to other areas in Tokyo and Yokohama. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Decent hotel but breakfast was meh”
The breakfast, I would skip it. The aircon is centrally controlled so can be a little warm (it is 9° outside) but they had a little humidifier which can act as a fan. The door is standard small so it was a bit difficult getting luggage in and out. Staff were nice to help change my room to a non smoking one (this is my bad). There is a AEON mall downstairs, Starbucks, Burger King, Wako Tonkatsu, Sukiya and Shinagawa Seaside station. Odaiba is a train ride away. Would love for them to do something to their breakfast spread though. How can sunnyside up eggs be done so, erm, badly?

Very nice place, ideal location in Tokyo!”
The hotel location is very ideal since it’s just few minutes (few train stations) away from places like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza. It also has a train station below (Shinagawa Seaside Rinkai Line). It also has an oval garden (like a mini-mall) so everything you need is almost in the area. We had a great stay and we will book it again in our next trips!

Location is decent, can access to many places in Tokyo in few minutes. There is not much restaurants nearby the hotel, so it’s not a very convenient place compared to others. Though I will still come back to stay at this hotel in the future.
