This hotel is very convenient to much of central Tokyo. The Ginza area was very cool, lots of high end shopping and some fancy restaurants but if you look in the side streets there are plenty of cheaper friendly local restaurants.and bars. The Mitsui Garden had super comfy beds and very clean bathroom with wonderful views across Tokyo. Breakfast was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They all spoke some English which was very helpful. The staff were very polite and attentive, making sure that our questions were all addressed and solved. They all took time, without rushing. The area is very safe and close to the train station. There is also a taxi rank outside the hotel.

Perfect location, Amazing staff, Really small room”
First time in Japan and was very glad I stayed at this property. The first few days I didn’t notice how convenient the location was but when I started going out and exploring Tokyo it really became evident. Subway station is 5-8 minutes walking distance, you have about 10 excellent restaurants and tons of bars all within a 15 minute walking distance. Not forgetting to mention the fish market where you can eat lots of great fresh food, is also within 12-15 minute walking distance. The staff was excellent... the staff went above and beyond to take care of my every request and answered questions competently. Even when I inquired about a facility they didn’t have on site they were able to tell me near by locations where I can find one (in my case was a gym). The room was tiny. There is barely any closet space and you have to be very smart about how you use your space or the room will literally stress you out. But this is everywhere in Tokyo. Not a good place for groups!!

Hotel is in a prime location in Ginza. Walking distance to the high end shopping district and Don Quijote (must-visit discount chain); minutes to Ginza and Shimbashi subway and JR line; close proximity to many excellent restaurants, including to die for Ginza Kagari ramen and Tsukiji sushiko at the Tsukiji outer market. Staff were exceptional! We stayed for 10 days and everyone of them made us feel welcome and at home. They were polite; humble; took pride in everything they do and hospitable. Housekeeping was impeccable, we believed they changed our sheets and pillow cases everyday. Room is small but very functional; well appointed with an amazing view. Very quiet and we barely noticed any noise even though we have neighbors. Airport limousine from T1 comes directly to the hotel and the concierge personally sees to it that we got on to the limousine on time. Tried the breakfast buffet on the last day and it had a wonderful selection enough to sustain us to our next airplane food:)

Staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Location good with beautiful view. Rooms were spacious and spotless. All the little extras that were provided. Refreshments, charges and beautiful toiletries. Fantastic pillows and comfortable bed. Only con would be no real place to open cases other than on the lounge. Which then made the little corner lounge area unusable.. Would definitely stay again and have recommended it to friends.

Beautiful view from our room. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was a great value. Beds were very comfortable and the shower and tub combination was perfect. Hotel is very close to the nearest subway station so getting there was very easy.

Pros:clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location. Con : You have to commute to other areas like Shibuya or Shinjuku and if you plan to experience the night life in this 2 areas then you have to take a cab which can be a bit pricey as no subway service after midnight . Over all I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in Ginza”
The hotel is right across a 24-hr Don Quijote shop and has a lawson just downstairs. The hotel lobby with a view of Tokyo Tower in the evening is impressive, and I love that the airport limousine bus going to Narita is available from this hotel too. This is going to be my hotel of choice the next time I’m in Tokyo.

The corner room we stayed with the view was very nice and compared to other prices around the area it was worth it. However for the price we paid £270 per night I would also expect room service and late dinner options. Latest orders for dinner is at 10pm. We also paid for breakfast which was £20 pp and again it was good, but not as good for the price. You should try the french toast with the apple, not Japanese but still very tasty! The last thing we tried was the massage in the room. There were two adorable Japanese older ladies who came in who didn’t speak a word of English. This was a very interesting experience and worth it after coming from Mount Fuji!

Very small room, but everything was there, Shisheido products in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good for Asian people, less good for western people. Coctails in the KarinBar were expensive. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to Metro Station, close to City(-shopping)-Center.

Fantastic place to stay ”
The hotel is in a very good location and in a quiet area. The hotel is about 2 min walk from the main Ginza road which make it a perfect place to stay as it’s quiet and not far from everything.

It is an excellent an friendly hotel. I had a good room with fantastic view. For one person big enough. The room and bathroom are in modern style, with a lot of thinks to make the live more pleasant. So smart home, very good WLAN, AC adapter, fridge, water heater coffee, tea, water,.... The breakfast buffet is big and international with ham and eggs. Good central location but relatively quiet. Bus shuttle stop to Narita airport near the hotel.

A very good hotel with a great view. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected. We stayed in a superior double. I can imagine that it would be too small for some couples/families that travel with a lot of luggage. We were very impressed by the concierge service - very helpful in making multiple restaurant reservations for us - and the Karin bar. The bartender made very good quality cocktails using impeccable technique.
