The Mitsui Garden Hotel in Otemachi is clearly a business-oriented hotel of the Mitsui Garden chain. Many guests staying here are Japanese or international travellers who’re there for business. It’s located close to Tokyo station, which makes it an excellent place to stay if you want to explore the city. The room was average in size (to western standards) but surely sufficient, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel was clean and had the necessary facilities (including an ice machine, vending machines, etc.). The breakfast was extensive enough and with an unusual but well varied choice of food (e.g. no typical croissants or toast, but with Spanish omelettes, bread pudding, sandwiches with cheese, etc.). A very pleasant location to finish our trip in Japan, we stayed for 3 nights and would happily return.

Couldn't be better”
The hotel is located nearby the Otemachi metro station (5-10 minute walk) and the Imperial Garden (10-15 minute walk). The neighbourhood was pretty quiet despite the convenient proximity to the city centre, so we always had a good night's sleep. Everything was clean and tidy inside the building, and the staff were very friendly. The room was equipped with a nice television and a wireless speaker, which was useful when watching things on my laptop. I couldn't really find anything to complain about. The hotel isn't exactly inexpensive, but you'll get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Hotel is well kept with attentive & accommodating staff ”
Clean hotel although small. I didn't see any spot in the bathroom walls & mirror. Towels are white, new and still smell fresh. It's just near Otemachi station, just 2 stations to Ginza. Quiet neighborhood but being in Chiyoda City, it would be pricey to take a taxi to and from Haneda airport. We paid almost ¥9,000 (one way). Free breakfast was included in our accommodation which consists of bread, sandwiches, salad and small sausages. It was the same everyday for 2 days but it's alright for us, enough to get us fuelled until lunch. Just walking distance to many restaurants in Otemachi Financial City South Tower. Highly recommended hotel in Chiyoda.

Our hotel is located close to Otemachi Station, and also a walking distance from Tokyo station. Thus it is very convenient location for sightseeing in Tokyo area. Our restaurant opens for breakfast and luch, but also for dinner too. During the dinner time, it serves alcohol beverages so please try next time. Also there are nice restaurants in Otemachi area but you can try Kanda area too. There are more decent restaurants in Kanda. Your valuable feedback is much appreciated. Very close to Tokyo station”
We chose to stay here for 1 night before we fly out of Japan as it was really close to Tokyo station, makes it really convenient to take Narita express to the airport the next day. We didn’t explore much around the hotel but we walked to Ginza and went to Odaiba area and it was easy to get to.

Close to Metro station, walking distance to a shuttle bus point to Narita/Henada airport. The hotel staff is nice and helpful, this is fresh new hotel, facility is quite modern even get a Bose Bluetooth speaker.

Everything was very nice, including breakfast. The location is perfect. The rooms are large enough for a traveller with a big suitcase. Everything was logical and nothing was lacking.

It was quite a walk from Tokyo station, but the Otemachi station is just close by. Located at the Business district. During lunch time - there were plenty of food trucks!

Beautiful and clean rooms. It's located strategically between a couple train stations making all other location accessible. Our stay was short but pleasant. The staff on duty on the front desk when we checked in was really accommodating. I was looking for a restaurant that offer Kani Nabe (Crab Hotpot) and she assisted me in making table reservations and suggested a couple restaurants nearby that offers the same food.

The hotel is brand new, and located 2 minutes from Otemachi Subway station and 5 minutes from Kanda station which made it very useful to move around. The rooms are very small!! The breakfast was not as expected (at least not for my tastes), there is a bakery but you have to pay extras, that could definitely be improved, if I’d go back I won’t book for breakfast included and just buy breakfast straight from the bakery. For the rest the place is spot on.
