Fabulous Hotel, even better location”
Loved out stay at Mustard, the location was super, restaurants, bars, market and tourist attractions on the doorstep. Plenty of stations around too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our double room and common areas were super clean. Laundry self service really cheap. The only downside was the breakfast, very poor; hotdog and drink. Vegetarian option: cream cheese and marmalaide on a hotdog bun and drink. Both options could definitely be improved or option to pay for the room without breakfast. Overall, a really lovely stay at Mustard hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great ”
Great location, only a block or two from senso-ji temple and all of the small stalls/vendors. Very clean. Rooms are small but good enough size for 2 (when you book the private rooms) and has everything you need, private bathroom with shower/tub, mini fridge and even includes the mobile travel companion in the room. Very cool. Also has a public bathhouse area inside the hotel for guests. Small but clean and good enough. Was very relaxing. Also a great value. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel but only one lift. ”
I stayed at this hotel for one night in a dorm room, I liked the layout of the floor and shared bathroom. Although I couldn't sleep well because the heater was very high like I was in a tropical country and there wasn't any way I could make it less hot. There was only one lift to use in this hotel which was not a good thing considering I wasn't allowed to use stairs (emergency only) and I had to wait for a long time to go up or down when everything wasn't on the same floor.

Stay filled with satisfaction ”
The onsen spa made my stay memorable. Japan is the one of the most clean country we all know. And every time I stay in their country I never had a negative impression with regards to everything. Staff were very helpful too. Thank you!

Their services was so great. I could spend comfortably. I’m sure there is best place to sightseeing in Tokyo for not only Japanese but also foreign people. I really wanna spend there again.

Great for family”
Great for family of six, the room has 4 single beds and a bunk bed. Enough space to navigate around the room too. The location was good, near to sensoji temple and close to the pier too (if you're riding on the water bus). We stayed here for 6 days and I have no complaint on whatsoever.

The dorm is really nice, there’s areas to leave your baggage in the room and lockers to put any items you need kept secure. The beds are comfy and there are curtains for privacy. The Onsen was lovely too and staff were friendly and helpful.

I wasn't really expecting much but for the price that we paid, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The hotdogs for breakfast were a bonus. Very near Asakusa subway station although the exit with an elevator (if you have big luggages) is probably about a 5-minute walk. Will consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Really clean and modern. Would highly recommend to solo travelers and others. Comfy beds + towels, hairdryers etc included. The onsen bath was really nice after a long day of sightseeing. Location is quiet and many convenience stores nearby, also vending machines inside. Only negative thing I have to say is that the safety lockers in the dorms were very small & could not fit a laptop inside. Otherwise really great!

We loved this place. From the moment we arrived, we were made welcome. The place is sparkling clean and new. Location is great. No complaints and many thanks to Shaya and the team, who were consistently friendly and welcoming in our 12 day stay.

The hotel is located very near Asakusa station. There is a free onsen which is a good way to relax after a long day of walking.

Excellent accommodation with onsen! Clean ,modern & attractive! ”
I enjoyed my 3 day stay! I got a really good discount from Agoda. Onsen every night was such a treat! The eating room was very tiny & it was also the laundry room. Only a small fridge, microwave & kettle provided. Not a relaxing room with laundry noise. There is a minimalistic lounge at the lobby. Breakfast is hotdog everyday!

Good! You should GPS the NAME of the hotel, NOT the address.”
My stay was great. The hot pool was great as well. But when I was exhausted and used GPS to find the hotel at night, It sent me to a different hotel (Richmond Hotel), which was only 8 or so minutes away on foot. But my ankle was sprained, so it wasn't very fun finding this out the hard way.

Stayed for 5 days in a private double. The location was very accessible for going around tokyo. We were also given free breakfast and the staff were friendly.

Very Good Location”
They won’t clean your room everyday because of ecological reasons which is a commendable reason. You can get fresh towels if needed, the hot spring is the epitome if relaxation. Highly recommended.
