Great and comfortable capsule hotel”
This capsule hotel has excellent location for travellers arriving late at night or departing early in the morning from Narita Airport. Upon check in, you ill be given a toiletries bag with towels, pyjamas, slippers and toothbrush. The locker provided was also huge and could fit a 28" luggage with a travelling backpack. The bed and blanket was comfortable, and there were individual charging ports in each pod. It does not have the best noise reduction and you can easily hear people chatting and walking, but i think it is part of the beauty that makes this whole concept of resting and sleeping work -- people will quieten down unknowingly so everyone could rest. Definitely worth the price and it's quite an experience!

Excellent”
We booked to stay the night before our flight which was early the following morning. The rate was excellent and although the hotel doesn't have any facilities other than a bed, toilet and shower facilities and Wifi it perfectly met our needs. Unfortunately we got caught up in some of the travel chaos surrounding Typhoon Hagibis and our flight was delayed a day. However, the hotel managed to accommodate us for an extra night at a very reasonable cost. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. I would certainly use this hotel again.

Super convenient and clean”
Though I could have gotten a room at a nearby hotel for a few thousand yen more I had an early flight to catch out of Narita and thought it more prudent to stay in the airport hotel. Plus I wouldn’t have to worry about catching a shuttle or taxi to the airport for my flight. 9H did not disappoint! Clean showers, even a fresh pair of pajamas, my little capsule was very clean and comfortable. I actually enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again if I have another early flight.

Great value, convenient! ”
So my family had a 18 hour layover in Narita, Japan and this place was made for these types of events. Reasonably cheap compared to hotels around the airport, the place is clean and utilitarian. The showers are top notched. My only complaint is the mattresses inside the capsule where well used and i needed to use the comforter as extra padding. Beyond this, it was a great experience.

Everything is very clear clean and convenience. This room @ Terminal 2, if your flight @ Terminal 1, you should take a free shuttle bus at the bus stop no.8 for go to terminal 1 the first shuttle bus around 5.30 in the morning, every 5-10 mins they come again. No plug for charge your phone in capsule, cause they want you deep sleep.

Located at the Parking Building”
Nine Hours Narita Airport is located at the parking building beside Terminal 2, not inside Terminal 2 which I initially thought. I arrived at the airport around 2:30am after taking the midnight airport bus from Ginza and the walk bridge connected to the parking building was closed for the night. I crossed the street and took the escalator up to the bridge and followed the signs to go down the elevator to Nine Hours. The locker in the airport hotel is a lot wider than the one in Shinjuku, I didn’t have to squish my luggage in. They still provide the same amenities as other Nine Hours as you check in: disposable slippers, bath towel, small towel, pajamas, and dental kit in a mesh bag. They also have shampoo and shower gel in dispensers in each shower cubicle. They’re very strict with time. I accidentally slept through my alarm, so the cleaning ladies woke me up 10 minutes before checkout. I got charged for staying 20 minutes past my check out time of 10am. Even with that, I’m just thankful to already be at the airport for my morning flight. This capsule hotel is very convenient for early flights.

Great place to lay your head”
If you're not claustrophobic and you have to burn a night between flights, then nine hours narita is a fantastic bargain. Though, it does come down to how much your fellow guests follow the rules. (I had the misfortune of sitting through a lady's call in the sleeping capsule rooms. A soft "quiet" through the walls didn't seem to cut it to remind her of the rules.) Overall, a great experience.

great deal, clean + reliable”
i've stayed here twice and will a third time. it's clean and reliable. employees have always been nice except one night attendant on 10/13/2020 who gave me attitude and couldn't tell me how long i should plan to get from the hotel to terminal 3, she didn't know, but instead lied and said 10-20 mins. (you take the shuttle from term 2 ground level; it's less than a 5 min ride, or a 15 min walk). sometimes people snore, there was a lady last night who had her phone on speaker but the staff (or another patron) seemed to shut that down within a few mins. other than that, this place is great.

This great hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Narita Airport. Highly recommended as the hotel has a good staff and clean environment.

Convenient last day in Tokyo ”
Great place to stay if you have an early flight at Narita airport and your hotel is too far away. Pods are bigger than I imagined and facilities are very clean. Won’t recommend if you have too many baggage. I could fit 1 large luggage and 2 duffle bags but that was pushing it. Will definitely stay again.

Better than expected”
First time staying in a capsule hotel and I thought it was better than I expected. The sleeping pod is pretty big. I can sit up and still have plenty of space above me. Everything was included such as a pajamas, slippers, towels & toothbrush & toothpaste. There are shower rooms & hair dryer. A locker for you to put all your belongings. It’s big enough for my trip this time but if you have 2 big luggages they probably won’t fit in the locker. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Great to just stay overnight when you have an early morning flight to catch the next day.

Good choice for travellers with an early flight”
Don't go here expecting any where to sit, eat or get a drink or meal or chat. This is a place to have a shower, sleep, get up, wash and shave and go and be a few minutes walk from Terminals 2 & 3 and only 15 minutes walk or tube from Terminal 1. You can get a drink and meal in the airport. It is especially useful if you have an early flight.

Missed flight so needed a place to stay nearby”
Not super easy to find, but it's pretty good for a nights stay. They give you want you need for the night and the beds are ok. There weren't many people staying that night but the only thing avail was the upper bunk. The price is a little high for what you get but, that's what happens with a last minute booking.
