Perfect for family of 4”
Booked a Family Room/Quad Room for me, my husband, my father-in law (senior citizen), and sister-in-law. Pros - near Morishita station, close to many restaurants and convenience stores, kind staff, clean room, nice facilities, budget friendly rates, plus we had our own bathroom, TV, and fridge. Interiors were crisp and clean, room was well-lit and thoughtfully designed albeit the space constraints. Enjoyed the view at the 10th floor, and enjoyed hanging out and eating at the balcony and eating area at the 3rd floor. I love the balcony--it's a nice touch! Comfy beds and pillows and nice cozy blanket. Cons - I could say that the room or bathroom could be bigger, but for the price I paid, I don't think I could ask for more. I already got great value for money and best use of space considering we were in Tokyo. We already felt lucky enough to have found this gem. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Tokyo. I highly recommend staying here!

Oak Hotel Edo, a very good Hotel next to Morishita metro Station (Oedo line and Shinjuku Line). At Narita Airport we purchased the 72 hrs subway tickets and then go to Keisei train counter and ask him how to buy ticket to Yawata station on their regular train. At Keisei Yawata station walk over to Moto Yawata (S21), Shinjuku line metro station and use your 72 hrs subway ticket to get to Morishita station. Take Exit A6 or the "Elevator to ground level" next to exit A6 then walk to hotel (100m). If you need to rent a car then go to Nissan rent-a-car, good service and (200m) away from the Hotel. Oak Hotel Edo, we booked a room for three with washroom, bath. Big size room for Japan, nice and clean. Only one elevator at the Hotel, but we had no problem at all. Staff are very helpful. There are washing machines next to the Hotel if you want to wash your clothes. Very nice machines cost ¥300 to wash and ¥300 to dry, don't need to bring laundry soap it's included. We will stay here again A+++

More than clean, location amazing!”
Staff friendly, helpful and courteous. I didn’t know if I would catch my flight due to the corona virus, so they kept my bed for the whole day and I could check out earlier than usual. The showers are amazing, super clean and huge! They have a lot of things to borrow for three, that’s amazing! Also if you like their Facebook page, you get a free towel or free water. Toilet also very clean, washing room inside the dormitory clean and beautiful. Free shampoo, conditioner and body soap! Beds were good, a bit hard, but okay! Free coffee and miso soup in the morning. Perfect view of the Tokyo sky tree from the highest floor. 2 mins by feet from a subway station. Easy to reach from Narita and Haneda airport. Easy to reach all the sights from the hostel. To Narita airport it takes 1h26mins in total by subway.

Located close to subway, comfortable stay”
2 min walk to Tokyo city metro (not JR). Staff were friendly, from reception to unit everything was clean and comfortable to stay, visited during winter and room was already heated when we arrived which was great. Very informative service board full of food and activity recommendations for the area. As it is over a subway, if you need quiet to sleep you may need earplugs, but if you are use to city life the sound is not an issue. 3 kids with us (including 6mth old) all of us slept fine. We were in a double and 2 x singles and the 5 of us fit comfortable with all our bags. Great breakfast place downstairs and family mart near by (can't buy nappies there though) were you can also buy breakfast foods and take back and eat in the common dinning area. The pictures shown on Agoda are pretty accurate as well. You will also get basic amenities, toothbrush, paste, towels etc would 100% stay here again.

Very close to subway, clean, excellent hospitality”
We stayed here with family, including kids and old parents. My father repeatedly said the hotel was very good, very clean, and has complete facilities. The staffs can speak english, they replied emails within half an hour each time. My daughter accidentally broke the card on 6 nights, supposedly we have to pay 2000yen, but after appeal to the management, they did not charge us anything. The morishita station using elavator A6 is just 100m from the hotel, there’s 24 hours laundry just down the hotel. Family mart is just next to the hotel. Evryday i had hot tea at level 3( kitchen) for free. All utensils in the kitchen are complete. They have induction cooker, microwave, oven, kettle and etc. You can also see skytree at level 10 balcony. The family room includes 1 queen bed and 2 single bed is so big! I dont know why its rated as 1 star. It should at least rated with 3 stars because they have everything you want!

Few minutes walk from Morishita station, exit at A6 (Dont forget to use the elevator if you have big luggages - after passing the entrance to the stairs). They have family mart and some restaurants where you can buy food around the area. They will clean the room everyday if you want to and provide you with new sets of towels. Kudos to the staff for being so nice to us. We made a mistake with our reservation and forgot our check out time. They grabbed all of our stuffs and put it in a safe place until we arrive. All of our things were there. They allowed us to use the shared kitchen to fix our things and the shower so we can clean ourselves before we leave for osaka. 😊 thank you so much. We will definitely book again and recommend this place to others.

This is our first time to visit Tokyo and we are so glad that we stayed here in this hotel. Location is great (Near Morishita Station), there are a lot of places nearby to eat (Sukiya, Family Mart), they have this spacious pantry at 3F where you can eat, cook or reheat your food plus there are free coffee, tea and even powdered soup. Staffs are really nice and they can speak English well. Cleanliness was super great, they make sure to clean our room everyday. Overall experience was superb! We well stay here in again when we visit Tokyo soon!

Once you're off the Morishita station, just go A6 exit and turn right, twice! Then you'll see the hotel just right beside the family mart. Very convenient location and everything is just organized and clean. The bed is comfortable enough and even when you're in the mixed dormitory, you can still sleep and have privacy. They have a very nice powder and comfort room. Superb!

(1) Near Morishita Station (better choose Exit A6) and Family Mart (2) Good neighbourhood and surrounding (make sure you see the view of Tokyo Skytree from 10th floor access (3) Had chosen a room with a note that it can be used for 2 adults and 2 kids, the bed actually just fit me and my daughter (thanks God it only 2 of us), so dont overestimate and make sure to ask in detail. (4) Good choice if u need a room just to sleep at night and had a shower. (5) Compact size of room and bathroom, so u have to be creative arranging your luggage and stuffs (6) Complete amenities and they provide yukata. (7)They charge extra money if u want to have late check-out (max 2 hours) or keep your luggage.

Amazing view from both our private and the public balcony of SkyTree and Tokyo Tower. Convenient location close to shops and the subway. The room was a bit older and the beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but otherwise great value for a night's rest. Staff spoke good English and held our bags during our last day after check out. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in the hostel bunk and the place was clean. You can request for extra hangers for free, and loan the clothes iron for free as well. There is a laundromat just next door. Very close to Morishita train station. If you are planning to use JR pass only, there is a JR station around 15-20min walk away.

Perfect budget-friendly hotel ”
I love everything about this hotel -- location is excellent: few steps away from Morishita train station, location is near everything a tourist can hope to visit in tokyo, and around it are shops and food places - plus downstairs is a well-packed family mart! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They clean the rooms every day! The only thing I would improve is having toto washlet in the washrooms hehe, but other than that, perfect all in all, will definitely book again in my next visit to tokyo - and I go there a lot! The pantry area at the 3F is cozy, they have a vendo and everything you'll need is there. Plus the 10th Penthouse has excellent view of the Skytree. PS: My cousin who stayed with me also booked a night in the hostel part and she said it's also excellent (and they have toto washlets!) - so that's a great option if you guys are travelling in groups but arriving/leaving at different times.

Stayed for 8 days, room is cleaned everyday, the view of the sky tree on the 10th floor is amazing. super accessible to subway, there's convenience store's nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff are so friendly. I will come back to Tokyo and will stay with Oak Hotel again.

Comfy stay & value for money! ”
Very near to the metro station & eatery nearby, room size just nice for 2 & can fit in our luggage opened on the floor, superb amenities & all toiletries (even facial cleanser) were provided! We had a bathtub too! Will definitely make a come-back!!

Hotel is a 2 minute walk from Morishita station - Edo and Shinjuku line!!!! Helpful staff and our room is being cleaned everyday! You can cook your food at the 3rd floor and have free coffee and tea! Will definitely stay here again when I go back to Tokyo :)

The hotel room and lobby is small but very clean. They have a kitchen/lounge at the 3rd level where you can heat your food and drink coffee/tea for free. It is also a few minute walk to Morishita Station. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

Good Value!”
Conveniently located with nice facilities (balcony, kitchen area, coin laundry). The place was easy to find and a short walk from the station. The room was definitely a tight squeeze if you have any sort of luggage, but I think that's to be expected in a city like Tokyo. They also have nearby food recommendations on the first floor bulletin board, including halal options which I think was a nice touch.

We had very memorable & great stay, located close to Morishita station, from the station you can use the escalator if you have lots of luggages to handle. The staff are very friendly. They have lounge for the guest to use when we need to eat/cook and we found the great ramen Kan closed by. We hope to visit again some day.
