I thank the hotel staff for being so helpful, accommodating and nice to us guests., and always ready to offer their assistance. Other striking features are the communal kitchen where you can prepare your dishes and eat. See you soon when I return to Tokyo.

Real Nice staff, great bed!”

Staff spoke English very well, nice kitchen and great bed, not so hard. But: cleaning ladies tried to come in quite brutal although it was still early in the morning and tried it several times. That was not okay.

Cheap and nice”

The manager is the sweetest woman in Tokyo, and speaks English perfectly. The rooms are small but very clean, and you can use common kitchen downstairs. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby, and not far from subway (less than 10 mins).

Near to subway station and convenient stores”

Roughly 10 - 15 mins walk from Minami-senju station. The hotel is surrounded with convenient stores like 7E and Lawson. It is really a convenient if you need to buy some food before getting back to hotel. They have everything. We normally bought some rice, and side dishes (the hotel provides cooking tools (oven, fridge tec). The hotel is super clean. Even though the shower room and toilet are separable from our room, but it just a distance from our door. The room is a little bit narrow, but the mattress and pillows are super cozy (we went there in March).

Small room but pretty cozy”

I stayed 5 days at 3F. A small room with two bunk beds on the left and right inside the room. I stayed with my wife and my teenage daughter. I allocated one bed to place our 3 big travel bags. The shared bathroom is very clean. The men and women restrooms are separated. I came at 11 am, so I had to put my luggage and returned later to check in. The kitchen is on the first floor. Everything is prepared, coffee, creamer, hot water, cold water, spoons, sugar. Don't forget to clean up everytjing after using it. Washing machines are available, you need to spend 300 yen to use it. I didn't use it because I brought enough shirts and pants. The hotel is pretty far from the nearest Minami-senju station, it's about 10 minutes walking. It's not a big deal. You can use Metro since it's the nearest station. I used Hibiya line almost daily. Lawson and 7/11 are available around 4 minutes walking from the hotel. Overall, if you are a traveler who uses hotel only to take a rest, then this is the best choice near to Asakusa.

Home away from home ”

We will definitely be back! The location is ideal for women travelers because its in a quiet neighborhood just 5mins walk away from the train station. Even at midnight, my sister and I felt safe walking around the area. There's a lot of convenience stores, plus there's a grocery store just a block away where you can buy cheaper food options and pasalubong. The rooms are small as expected but you have all you will ever need effectively arranged: tv, fridge, table, closet. There is a shared CR and shower room, plus a bathtub with all necessary amenities. Definitely worth every penny and more. I love the unli coffee!!!

a very good and cozy hotel with high CP value”

I've spent 4 nights to stay in Palace hotel Japan, and I really appreciate everything the hotel provide to me through my journey in Tokyo. I expecially love the privacy and location of the hotel, where I can easy access to the hotel from Minami-Senju station only 8 min walk. There's even have a supermarket just opposite to the hotel where I can buy most of the necessary grocery for the food before and after slept. Overall, I am impressed and love the way this hotel does for travellers(especially solo traveller), and I will definitely come back here again next time if I travel to Tokyo.

Comfortable, quiet place”

Palace Japan is located in a quiet neighbourhood so you can get the rest you need for your journey. Opposite the place is a supermarket which is really convenient for getting foodstuff, and there’s a well-equipped kitchen in the hotel for cooking. The nearest train station is around a 6-minute walk from the place. The staff there is really friendly and accommodating as well.

I stayed in this hotel with my parents. We arrived late at night, and the staff was really friendly. We stayed in a private room for 3 person. The room was small yet comfortable and clean. The provide microwave, so that we could heat our food. The also provide free tea and coffee. They have coin laundry, so that we can wash our clothes. The hotel is around 500m away from nearest JR or Tokyo Metro Line station (Minami-Senju Station). And if you need some snacks, you can go to 7/11 which is only 100m away from hotel. Definitely will stay in this hotel again one day.

The room was clean The staff are friendly and 1 one them really good in English Near Ueno station, and walk in just 15 minutes to Minami Senju Stations. Recomended Hotel to everyone. ArigatoGozaimas for everything ;) :)

The staff is very nice! Due to some hiccups, I arrived the hotel after mid-night. And luckily I met two young guys helping me contacting the staff who were willing to wait for an hour till my arrival. Thank you so much for this!! And this hotel is clean and quiet. Definitely recommend it to the solo female traveller.

Exceeds expectations”

The room was very small but they made up with complete amenities for common use - lounge with computers, kitchen, drinking water, elevator, toilets and bath tubs. We are very happy with the hotel, everything is clean! Like a 3star hotel facilities but smaller rooms. Receptionist speaks great english. Around 8min walk from Minami-senju station but the area itself is quite far from popular destinations.

Good value for money,excellent customer service”

Location is a 10 minute walk from minami senju station. We booked a dorm room and it fits fine 2 people and you can still open your luggage. The bunk bed foam is a futon bed which i find hard but it is ok. We got our good night's sleep. The toilet and showes are shared but kept clean.frew towels and tootbrush. A common kitchen at the 1st floor where you can eat. Brewed coffee is 50 yen per cup I wished though that there was a bidet and the coffee to be free. I commend the male receptionist as he was very accomodating Overall,it was a great stay.for what I paid, we get a good night's rest after a tiring day going around tokyo

Hotel with a nice view”

Had a really great stay at Hotel Palace. Will surely comeback again. 😍 Pros: * Walking distance from the Metro. I didn’t exprience the “Tokyo Rush Hour”, maybe because, it is the 2nd station from its origin, which is really good and you won’t be pushed inside. * Have a nice view of the Sky Tree Tower from the 8th floor (ladies’ floor). You can walk from the hotel to Senso-ji temple, 30minutes of walking. * You can cook/eat at the pantry anytime you want. * Has coin laundry. (You may opt to dry yiur clothes using the heater in your room to dry your clothes instead of their dryer 😉) * Supermarket and convenience store is nearby * Bathroom is cleaned daily * All of the staff will great you with a smile. Con/s: * It would be nice if there will be a feee breakfast. 😉

Very good stay in Tokyo”

I love this hotel. Its located at near Minami Sanju station, about 10 minutes walk. Its really clean, the staff is really helpfu;. You can use the facilities there - coffee drinking water and all. Free flow towel. The bath room is spacious. Toilet got few without bidet. Personal TV attached to ur bed.

I like this hotel”

I’m check in late about 12.15am, they are always there, just need to ring the bell. Near to minami-senju subway and JR station. Near to 7-11 and lawson. At JR station there got convenient store. Walking distant to the station about 7-10minutes. The sharing bathroom also superb where they have bathtub in one of three bathroom. We can also use the kitchen at anytime with complete wok and cutlery. I cook early about 5.30am. 2.5km walking distance to sensoji temple and good view of sky tree tower.

Amazing Experience ( Stayed Nov 9-14,2018)”

I am highly recommending this great hotel. The staff are all nice and very accommodating especially Vera and grandma. That was such a great experience for first timers like us in Japan.We were able to cook to prepare our own food because there are convenient stores ,mini grocery and market nearby. Savings wise for food. With regards to the location just a few walk away from Minima Senju Station entrance and exit at South Wing. Ride in an elevator going up and down to access the other side road and walk straight ahead to the hotel. It's very easy to locate. 7 eleven on the right side Palace Japan on the left side. I will definitely stay again in this hotel and highly recommended! Thank you Palace Japan for making our Japan vacation a memorable one!

i stay in this hotel thrice. near to minami senju jr/metro station. a polite lady staff, also help me to change the booking status when i made a mistake selecting and booking the room category. will stay here again if i go to tokyo again.

top value stay in metro Tokyo”

Excellent value stay in generally premium cost Tokyo. It is a very clean facility. Perfect place for anyone looking for a low cost single room (shared bathroom/shower) stay. The only drawback is the location which is bit outside of the main Tokyo scene.

Clean facilities + friendly staff”

Location is great and very accessible (Hibiya Line). Facilities are all clean and well maintained. Staff is super nice and friendly. Free coffee and tea at the lounge area. You can use kitchen and PCs as well.
