Pros: 1. it’s 5 minutes walk from Akebonobashi subway. 2. Quiet location for rest. Away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku which is nearby. 3. Hi tech facilities in room - warm toilet seat, remote controlled lighting system, bathtub for a good warm bath. 4. They change everything everyday and give you toiletries everyday, but to save the environment, you may opt to put the “do not disturb” sign so they won’t have to clean everyday and fresh towels and toiletries will still be provided plus a bottle of water as a thank you. 5. Breakfast is the same everyday but it fills up the tummy - can’t complain. Cons: Reception Staff should learn more English words but other than that they are quite helpful. My stay was perfect! The best! I will stay here again. (P.S there’s a good steak house nearby)

We love everything about this hotel. Since we arrived early at the hotel, they kept our luggages first on the lobby. They assisted us in our concerns and needs. Upon check in, it exceeded our expectations since the room is big, beds are comfortable, even the comfort room is big also. The whole property is clean and safe. The receptionists are kind and genuine. There are many restaurants near the hotel. What’s really good about this hotel is that it’s very near to the train station. Just a 5 mins walk? We enjoyed our stay here. We will surely stay here again. Thank you team! Good job :)

I highly recommend this hotel if it is your first time or returning visit to Tokyo. Such a good location LITERALLY next to everything you need when you are on a holiday, train station, groceries, washing, massage, food, chemist, doctors. The rooms are quite small but it has everything you need. The staff were all friendly and responsive. Had no problems what so ever. They cleaned the rooms everyday and the building itself is new and super clean! I will definitely come book again at this hotel if I return back to Japan. I will recommend this to my close family and friends because I have such a good experience.

Hotel location is about 3mins to Metro Station Shinjuku-Akebonobashi which is quite convenient. There are many convenience stores (7-11, Aeon) along the street heading to the hotel. Generally rooms in japan aren’t spacious but it was definitely bigger than the room I stayed in a different hotel in Asakusa area. It’s a clean minimalist concept. Surprised there’s even a bathtub! I definitely enjoyed my stay here and wouldn’t mind returning again!

The staff at Pearl Hotel were friendly and really helpful, even assisting us with arranging luggage delivery to our next hotel. We definitely felt like we were well taken care of. The rooms were really comfortable with everything being clean and well-prepared. The location of the hotel was also great as it was a few minutes walk from the station and was close to convenience stores and places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is brand new, so it’s clean. Location was great, 3-5 minutes walk to Akebonobashi station. Facilities was great, they have laundromat in lobby for ¥500 (washer and dryer). They also have vending machine in the laundry room which is cheaper than the vending machine outside. Most importantly, bed was comfy and room was larger than expected, very recommended.

Nice and clean hotel”
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. My shoe sole came off and I ask the counter staff whether they have glue to lend me stick back before I able to buy a new pair. The counter staff go and help me find one and pass it for me to glue. Really very thoughtful. And breakfast is also not bad. Will stay again

Bigger room than most in Tokyo”
The three of us have enough space for both room and bathroom. Top notch on cleanliness. The staff members are professional and able to speaks English, which is really helpful for us. There are lots of eateries around the hotel. Extra points for the easy operated 24-hour coin laundry. Will stay here again when I go to Tokyo.

Well renovated”
A room I stayed seemed just renovated and really clean. The location is also good and quiet this area at night. This hotel was convenient for us since I had an appointment with a doctor who worked at a hospital nearby this hotel also accessible to Shinjuku terminal with 5min. They served nice morning food as well.

This hotel is an answered prayer to us for we want an affordable hotel and yet good quality. Its a new hotel, the stuff are all okay and very clean as well. The location is good and peaceful, there are Lawson, 7/11 etc near the hotel, also good Japanese restaurant you may try. I will definitely come back here.

The place was easy to find, and nearby area many convenient store and eateries. Few minutes walks to the subway station that are very convenient to access across Tokyo tourism attraction. The room is very clean. We stay 6 night at there, with daily housekeeping provided and renew for the toiletries everyday. Quite satisfied with this Hotel.

Great new hotel, lovely and clean, great area. 350m walk to the station, great restaurants near by, 30 minute walk to Shinjuku. Good breakfast included. Convenient store next door, quite hotel in quite street. Will return next time I’m in Tokyo

A great location 2 minutes walk from the train station and down a little road full of cafes and shops. Really easy to get everywhere from here including Shinjuku, Akihabara and Takeshita street. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the semi double room isn’t too small for two people and the service was great.

The location is excellent - just a 3-5-minute walk from the nearest station. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the great amenities and very comfortable living space. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here.

The room was very clean and well renovated. Also the location is quite nice as we were able to get Shinjuku central area just one stop by subway. Even though their good location, around the hotel is very quiet and casual area. Will come back here!

Even if you insist for them not to clean your room, staff will still provide you with fresh towels and other necessities and leave them outside your room. A pharmacy/beauty store is beside it so very convenient for travelers!

The hotel is new and very clean. It is located very close to Akebonomachi station. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel but it is still quiet area. Very nice and kind hotel staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Tokyo”
A few minutes walk from Akebonobashi station. Room is quite spacious for a Japan size hotel room. There are a lot of good places to eat around the area and near convenience stores. A station away from main Shinjuku perfect for those who doesn't want the noise but still wants easy access to shopping and eating spots of Tokyo.

Located at Akebonobashi, A few minutes to the subway station. 2 stops to get to Shinjuku station. There are different convenience stores nearby such as 7 11 and Lawson and even tax-free shops if you decide to do last minute shopping for items you may want to bring home. Peaceful neighborhood too. I highly recommend this one. If only the hotel wasn’t fully booked yet for April 2020, I would have chosen to book this hotel.
