An exciting week in Shibuya ”

About a 5-10 minute walk from Shibuya station. The hotel doesn’t stand out so you may walk right past it like we did the first time. A 5 min walk to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment! A 10-15 walk to Yoyogi park. Make sure to check out the FoodShow for some amazing eats in the basement of Shibuya station. Convenience store right next door which came in handy for late night snacks, drinks etc. Hotel is not modern or elaborate but has everything you would need. Toiletries, coffee/tea, water bottles, sleep shirts, slippers, hair dryer etc. and it’s very clean! American size hotel room. Full size shower/bathtub. Great restaurant in the basement! The included Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was substantial, it was a nice way to start our day. It was the same everyday but you do have the option of switching between a Japanese or Western style breakfast. Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating! Would def recommend!

Great location (about 12min. leisure walk from Shibuya sta.; near convenience stores). All staff were very helpful and polite, I can't commend them enough. Hotel was quiet, clean, with a spacious suite room for a family of 4. Breakfast was also tasty and filling. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

A bit dangerous ”

Staff tends to lock escalator doors after 8pm, making it dangerous in case of fire.

I'D STAY HERE AGAIN”

The hotel is tucked away in a side street but very close (walking distance) to the train station, retail shops, restaurants, bars, Family Mart, drug stores and Shibuya Crossing. The room is fairly large compared to other hotels. And consistently clean. The staff is very courteous, helpful and accommodating. Easy to communicate with in English. If you want the usual large hotel with spacious lobby, this is not for you. But I prefer a hotel that's cozy and without the noise and distractions of many travelers and this was it.

On the older side, BUT SO CLEAN ”

Room was decent size. Had enough room to open and layout luggage bags ANDDD still have room to walk around the room. Little over a 10min walk to Shibuya station. Quiet area. Both Japanese breakfast and American breakfast options were good. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Creston Shibuya is close to Shibuya Station and all the actions. Yet it is located in a very quiet area with small lanes. Hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly and trying to help you out.

Location is great - easy 12 min walk to Shibuya station and in the middle of great shopping and dining (while being in a relatively quiet street.) Suite was a great value and had everything we needed for more than a week's stay. Beds were very comfortable, climate control was excellent, room facilities were clean and well maintained though in an older style. Service was friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable and restful stay and would recommend this hotel to others. We will come back for another stay.

WIll definitely return”

Rooms are a lot more spacious compared to other hotels. Location is great, many restaurants and convenient stores very near hotel. Rooms are very clean, staffs are very friendly and accommodating, understanding as well when you have young kids. Walking distance to bus stop and subway station. They let us leave our luggages in hotel after checking out as our flight back home is later in the night. We stayed for 8 days, and it has made our vacation in Japan a memorable one. Will certainly stay here again in future.

Fantastic Hotel”

This place is in a handy location close to all the shops and the JR station. Quite at night and a 10 minute walk the Shibuya crossing. Staff were very friendly, English speaking and clean. Room was good, spacious and had everything you would expect.

Very accommodating!”

I had a family member stay at the Creston before I did, and they really enjoyed it. I was very satisfied with the customer service. Unfortunately, I got very sick during my stay, and was confined to my room for most of it. The staff was very helpful. They gave me fresh towels at the front desk when I went down instead of disturbing me in my room as I rested. They even pointed me in the direction of the nearest pharmacy. My Japanese is fairly good, but for foreigners who don't speak the language, the staff's English speaking skills are superb! Very kind staff made my stay that much better, even though I was sick as a dog. They took very good care of me! Definitely would recommend this hotel. And as a plus, the shabu shabu restaurant on the basement floor is absolutely amazing!

Great Location, just in the centre of Shibuya”

We were only staying one night at this hotel, the price was a bit higher than other hotels in Shibuya, the room was small as expected, but the staffs were awesome. I had my daughter with me - a teenage girl, but they didn't charge us anything. The only downrate was we had to check out at 11 am, but we couldn't check in until 3 pm, but they would keep our luggages and put them in our room when the room was ready.

Very comportable”

It was a great memory to me. Also, there are good cafe and dining this hotel nearby. Especially, I recommend to visit a cafe named "mame-hico". Anyway, this hotel is suitable for both business trip and travel, because it is located for very close shibiya station and main street.

Excellent location, but not ideal for business traveler”

The staff was nice and the location was convenient. I think if you want to go out at night and explore the city this is a great hotel. As a business traveler, there are better options with more modern facilities at a similar rate.

booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, and the smell bothered me. Staff did not have any more room for me but lucky i only had 1 night at this hotel. It's in Shibuya, but quite a walk from the main streets, and especially difficult in the cold.

Wonderful location, rather large room (for japan), incredibly clean, super helpful and polite staff. I would stay here again if givin the opportunity. View could have been better but really everything was wonderful.

Lovely quiet hotel but very near to Shibuya centre. ”

Great hotel, large rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly & helpful. Very quiet hotel down a small road but very close to all the shops & restaurants in Shibuya. Would have been nice to have a bar where you could have a late evening drink in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely local hotel in walking distance from station”

The hotel located in sort of resident area but not far from shopping or hangout places. There are many local restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is impressive, there are choices of Japanese breakfast or western breakfast. Each choice served in full course, and its taste is great. Hotel staffs are friendly and very kind.

good quiet location”

Walking distance to shibuya city center. This hotel is tucked away in a quiet area and the staff are very nice, polite and easy to deal with. I'd book this again for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
