Owner of the property met up with us at the train station at 8:30pm at night so he can guide us to the property. The layout of the property is functional and enjoyed the bakery and eatery in the area.

Traditional Japanese House”
Other than the location being farther from Tokyo center or any JR stations, the place is a very good deal. We bought a JR pass but had to buy an additional subway pass just to travel to and from the place. It is located in a quiet neighborhood suburb where many shops are closed by 10 pm.

The owner Kei-san was very helpful and generous. Communicated with me throughout, from my booking to providing me directions to the house (from Disney), and receiving me at the train station. Prepared a bottle of plum wine for us on arrival too. Location was not so good as it was 10-15mins walk from the train station. Definitely would get lost with the many turns without him walking us to his place from the train station (even with the detailed instructions he sent by email). Everything is provided for though, towels, kettle, dining table, microwave, etc. You can live there for a few days if you wish just like your own house! The heating was not that good in the house though, so we were feeling the 4 degrees at night.

The home owner was so kind that he will wait for you at the station to bring you to home. The room is tidy and have super nice interior view. There is a lot of information inside the house also. Most important. He can speak fluent english! So, you'll have no problem on communication. Ask him anything and he will try to answer.

A uniquely Japanese Guesthouse”
The host gave us everything we needed during our stay. Honestly, all our expectations were exceeded! We enjoyed the bottle of sake (for the adults) and a jar of sweets (for the kids) as a welcome treat courtesy of our host Kei-san. A fully furnished kitchen was available for our use. The Guesthouse is well maintained, with traditional Japanese furnishings; guests will inevitably feel the unmistakable ambience of a traditional Japanese home and still feel the warmth and coziness of their own homes. The kitchen was fantastic! I enjoyed cooking our meals as if I was in my own kitchen! We had a memorable Christmas dinner in Kei-san's Guesthouse. A hot spring bath is located nearby; around 5 minute walk or so. We topped our stay with a truly Japanese experience - taking the public bath (hot spring)!

Its a great guest house to stay with family. The room is huge..and r Bathroom is a good with hot water supply. The location is good to access haneda airport and is also easy to go Tokyo n Yokohama. I really enjoy to stay.

Friendly and quiet environment”
It was a surprise to have such a nice traditional Japanese house to stay for a night before depart from Japan. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood you can experience compared with other busy neighborhood. Moreover, the staff is friendly and helpful to wait for you at the station to guide you to the house. Lastly, along the path there is a shopping street where you can get something before heading home. :)

Kei San went to the Keikyu line to make sure we were arriving safely to his guest house. Really appreciated to his hospitality. Great place to stay too!!

我們因為走錯路, 所以差不多零晨1:30 才到那間屋. 當時下著雨,屋主仍然肯等我們來. 我們離開日本的時侯(是零晨4:00 多), 他為我們叫的士, 服務十分好. 房子很大, 有很多走動的空間, 如果喜歡日本文化的旅客, 一定會喜歡這房屋. 因可以體驗日本文化.

雖然距離車站有點遠，可是老闆很熱心，在凌晨帶我們去宿舍，沿途經過的商業街很多東西賣，而且住屋非常有日本傳統特色。”
因為第一次到日本，所以很容易在日本迷路，幸好老闆人很好，在凌晨等待我們來到車站，還送上梅酒。 交通方面，住在雜色車站的遠處，要經過一條長長的商業街再兜兜才到哦！但是得到的卻是住在郊區日本人的日常。 設施方面，非常齊全，並附上英文和日文指南協助大家使用設施。 民宿面積比我想像中小，但這是東京嘛。已經算是比較大的房子。適合四至五人入住。 總括而言，我推薦這個民宿！
