Every staff member was very accommodating to my friend and I, even though we didn't speak Japanese (and my very limited Japanese). They were able to help us book for dinners and hair appointments as long as the places were open at the time without a cancellation fee. The rooms were really clean and pretty nice, a little smaller than most US hotels, but I hear it's relatively normal in Japan. This was my first time in Japan so I don't have any other hotels to compare it to. There were several days we didn't want them to clean the room and they were so nice to give us a bag full of fresh towels and amenities hanging on our door knob when we came back for us to use for the night. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel if I came to Japan again. It is relatively central and walking distance to all the major and small shops and malls, as well as to Tsukiji Market, which was probably a 15 minute walk, maybe even less.

All Around Great”
Arrived and check in was extremely easy. I don't really speak Japanese but the staff's ability to speak to me in English was great and appreciated! The rooms were very comfortable in almost all ways. The bathroom and bedroom area were very clean. They had charge cords ready and available. There were also a lot of items to assist business travelers such as a pants press and little items in the bathroom. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The check out was also extremely easy. They were kind enough to hold on to my luggage while I continued my exploration of the area until I was ready to depart. I would definitely recommend and would consider it for my next visit to Tokyo!

First, the room was spacious for Tokyo. Second, the location was excellent. Third, we wanted non-smoking, but by mistake booked smoking room. The hotel staff cleaned so well that we barely felt that it was a smoking room. Lastly, the amenities provided were great; soap, shampoo, conditioner, and etc. We loved staying at this hotel. We'd stay here again!!

Suggestions would be to give customers overview of hotel. For example restaurant on second floor perhaps offer a slight discount to patrons of hotel. Ask what people are interested in seeing in Tokyo and give more direction and maps.

This hotel was a great place to stay. It is conveniently located near the subway lines, two big shopping malls, two family marts and many restaurants. Icluding Ippudo ramen just around the corner! The staff were so extremely polite everday (you were never ignored-even just coming and going) and they did have staff that understand and can speak basic English which helped a lot! (We didn't know any Japanese other than super basic words). The room was cleaned everyday and restocked with supplies. It also came with a "travel buddy" which is a free phone with data so that you can use google maps. The room was a bit small but we expected that as it's normal for Japan and we were going to be out exploring all day anyways. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially with first timers!

Hotel is great. The beds are wide and firm. The bathroom is spacious with a huge tub for my kids to take baths in. The location is really great. Across from ippudo and besides ikinari steak. It is also easy to go to train stations and to go shopping in ginza. Love this hotel. Will visit again.

I was given option to choose twin bed or double bed by agoda. But turns out there is price differences. And when we would like to change with additional charge, no rooms are available. Other than that, the hotel is very recomended for those looking for hotels in ginza area.

Hotel located in a really nice location in Ginza, right next to a subway exit. Only a few minutes away from department stores and food. Staff is friendly and efficient. We've put up the "Do not disturb' sign for our short stay, but the staff goes extra miles to leave extra amenities outside our door everyday without asking, which is super nice.

Almost disappointed ”
We have checked in almost midnight after Long hours light and to our surprise that the hotel informed us that our 2 rooms are booked for only one adult each but we have a family of 4. When I check my booking under the apps it also show one adult per room but I am very sure that during booking I have booked for 4 adults for 2 rooms. Definitely no idea how this happen. However the hotel reception is understanding enough to allow us to check in without additional charges as we only stay for few hours before our next journey starts. Agoda customer service is also very professional in handling this situation but unable to do anything further when come to charges . We are suppose to return to the same hotel few days later . But the same problem occur for our return stay. Therefore I highly recommend that you should check your booking details to avoid complications and do not assume that the booking are in order even you have make the correct selection on the no of people staying . System can have ‘down time ‘ too.!!😰

super convenient! However they're not very flexible with check-in times. Hotels in most countries would give you super early check in for free if available but this place would charge you. Just leave your bags with them.

I stayed at Solaria ginza this time because i stayed at Solaria Fukuoka one last year. Their hotel is now a fave of mine, they always have prime location with reasonable price.
