I love how you can pick out your own amenities the onsen was also amazing the room is small but so are the rest of the rooms in Tokyo walkable distance to the fish market and the shopping district in Ginza

My husband and me stayed for 6 nights in the hotel. The location is super convenient and fast to go to different places. The staffs are so nice and helpful. And also It’s so convenient to have hot spring in the city.

We got the room that had 1 double size bed, 1 single and a loft bed for 3 people that gave ample space for family travelling with teenage boy. Bathroom was small but we made very good use of public baths open from 3 pm ~ 9 am following day so that was no issue. We made good use of washing machine and dryer in the hotel and will travel lot lighter next time we come back!

Great location with onsen in Ginza area”
It’s located in a good location and very close to the metro (ginza-higashi station) which is the same line going to Haneda airport. I also enjoyed relaxing with hot onsen after long day traveling and shopping. Staff are also nice and warm welcome. There are so many amenities to select before going up to the room or onsen.

Nicel hotel in heart of tokyo”
Loved our stay in the hotel. Our daughter loved the bunk bed in the room. Rooms were clean and onsen was the most amazing facility in the hotel plus free drinks and nice beauty products.

房間空間可以設計的更好，桌子太大無法好好攤平行李，如果2個人住應該不夠舒服。電梯只有一台，上下樓需要花一點時間。早餐偏日本傳統，選擇較少。其他都非常好 浴室空間很舒服，澡堂舒服、乾淨、服務人員態度佳，位置方便，

以這個價位可以住到市區的溫泉旅館很棒，枕頭款式多樣挑選。浴室雖然不大，但設備都很新，缺點是早餐種類太少。

清潔、親切、ホスピタリティ”
銀座駅から地下を通ってくると、ホテル前のA7出口にはたどり着けないようで、A2から地上へ上がりました。いずれの出口も階段が長いので、荷物が多い場合はどこかエレベーターがあればそこから上がって、地上で移動した方がいいです。 A7出口は羽田空港行きのホームに繋がっています。 いきなり余談でした。 スタッフの皆さん、特に男性のフロントスタッフの方は丁寧でした。 ホテルは清潔で、部屋は土足厳禁のようで部屋の入り口にスリッパが並べて置いてありました。 お風呂は天然温泉、においもする本格的なお湯でした。コインランドリー（有料）もあり便利。 銀座、有楽町、築地をうろつきたかったので、アクセスしやすいこのホテルはとても便利でした。 宿泊金額を大きく上回るホスピタリティで感激しました。書ききれません。是非また宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。
