Great location”

Fantastic location to Metro, JR and Odaiba light rail lines. Super comfortable bed. Hot shower. Awesome blockout blind for sleeping in! 11th floor very quiet. We stayed 7 nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel!”

A spacious room, free coffee facility at the lobby, very clean and new. Really enjoyed our stay! Shout out to May, the receptionist who went above and beyond in helping us checking in and out and making sure that we got on to our taxi with all our 3 luggages to the train station. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

modern and new facility with short distance to restaurant and JR station”

Comfortable room and bed with ok-sized bathroom. 10 minute easy walk with luggage from JR Shimbasi station, 2 stations from Tokyo main station. I choose this hotel because it is new, have a bit larger room with breakfast at reasonable price. The breakfast facility is only one large table in the hotel lobby, which can fit around 10-12 people at a time. We came down at around 7:30am to avoid the crowd. Breakfast has some small selection of everything: soup, eggs, sausage several choices of breads but without heating facility. What I like the most is the espresso machine which is available for guests all day.

Many food options, comfortable stay”

Near many eateries and convenience stores. 10 min walk to Shinsaibashi train station. Along the way, we stopped at Lawson to pick up some food. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel (800 yen/pax) but it is easy to find food options around the area. We had breakfast at a 24h udon shop just across the street and it cost only 850 yen for 2. Value for money and delicious. The room allows for about 1-2 large luggages to be opened at a time. I like the shower facilities. They provided shiseido products for showering and it is very fragrant. We requested for extra towels as we have 2 young children staying with us and it was delivered promptly. It would be good if the housekeeping staff noticed we had extra towels and automatically provided the towels when making up the room so that we do not have to request everyday during our 3 nights stay. Front desk staff are very friendly and polite. They can speak English too. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

New hotel but a little far from the station”

About 400 meter far from nearest station. But near many japanese restaurants. Poor break fast.

Convenient location”

Location is good for exploring Ginza area as it is a short walk away. Room is on the small side for 2 travellers and their luggage but you can manage with the suitcases in under the desk and a corner. Shower is great with large shower rose and jet body sprays both operate seperate from each other. Amenities provided are good too toothbrushes, body cloth, etc. Breakfast is for a fee, adequate range but you are only allowed to sit at the large communal table in the foyer so if full need to wait, the serving staff lady is very strict and pushy with finish times of breakfast...not really appreciated when on holidays! Free bean coffee/espresso machine in foyer was good as only tea offered in room.

Ok if you get a cheap rate ”

Stayed a few times before. Room size varies (still small by international standards) Staff speak English. If you can get a cheap price its ok however the Japanese chain hotels in the area offer better deals and larger rooms if you can get them.

Totally Tokyo”

Great location and although did not have much contact with staff everyone was very friendly. Room small and no storage for clothes lived out of suitcase kept under bed worked for us. We had a fantastic time and would recommend.

Worth the money as location is good and room is new”

1. Great location, 7min walk to Shimbashi station. Even nearer to Uchisaiwaicho Station (3min). 2. 30min walk to Roppongi /Midtown or 30min walk to Tokyo Station/Imperial Palace/Daimaru/Hibiya Garden. 3. New only opened around Sep 2017, so it is very clean. Room is a good size for one carry one luggage. 4. A bit difficult to find from google maps though if just by typing in the name. 5. I will definitely want to try other B hotels.

Very clean and new hotel, location just abt 7 mins walk to Shimbashi station, and about 15 mins walk to Ginza area, there are few nice ramen restaurants nearby as well as other types. Housekeeping made our room tidy and clean everday for the 3 night stay. Room had a air refreshener spray and Shisedo shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. Since 1 of our 3 nights stay was fully booked for the twin room (we had to book twin for 1st & 3rd night and double for the 2nd night), hotel was very helpful to upgrade us to a large twin bed room so that we didn't have to move rooms for our stay. Great value and highly recommended if you dont want to stay in the crowded area.

Very decent boutique hotel. Room is tiny but is pretty much the same as the other boutique hotels - it is suitable for one (or two) travelers without big luggage. Hotel facilities are basic without much surprise. Breakfast is again basic - can or can do without. Hotel is a ten minute walk from the JR Shimbashi station - the neighborhood is quiet (but safe) at night so you can probably get a very good rest.

Overall a great hotel. Location was very convenient a few minutes walking distance to Shimbashi Station and close to convenient stores and local food restaurants. Rooms were average in size for Tokyo and the bathroom was standing shower only which was fine as it was still a slightly above average sized bathroom. Enjoyed the all day free espresso coffee at the lobby and the tea in the room. Only minor drawback was the one self-serve laundry machine. A second (or third) one would be nice considering the number of rooms for this hotel.

This place is great value for what you get. Super convenient, close to Shimbashi station which gives you quick access to all of Tokyo. Short walk to all major brands of convenience stores and the main food strips in Shimbashi. The staff are the highlight here. Really polite and friendly, and great English for anyone struggling with Japanese. The staff were the highlight for us, they are always willing to help and can make a lot of the harder things like booking reservations a lot less intimidating.

Nice new boutique hotel”

Within 15 mins walking to Shinbashi Station and Metro, and also Ginza area. But there is not that many shops in the neighbourhood. For dining, there are good variety of choices for local food. The hotel is very new and adequate for short stay.

the hotel is good, the staff is excellent. we love the hotel, they serve coffee 24 hours for free at the lobby, and it taste good. the serve candy and chocolate for kids when we were arrive.the kids love it.

Your rules so damn strict. U ask me to check out on time if late more than 10 minute ask charge more than 30 mnt charge again!!! What kind of hotel is that!! while after 1 hour i go inside the room again to take by belonging that i forgot to take, they still not yet clean the room. This is the worsttt hotel i’ve ever stay in my entire life.and the stuff dont call us before check out. They call us 11.20 while its already check out time. I will spread this experience to all the world! Somemore the stuff is not kind. I have the stuff’s picture. Definitly, me n my family n friends wont go back to all this hotel’s chain foreverrrrrr
