Good hotel near the airport!”
My husband and I arrived at the Narita airport in the late afternoon, and we did not want to commute too far in a country we weren't familiar with, so among the options that Agoda showed, I chose The Hedistar Hotel Narita because it was reasonably priced and had good reviews from others. There was a free shuttle from the airport, which was great and arrived at the time expected. The bed was huge in the semi-double room! In contrast, the walking space was rather limited. The hotel gets bonus points for having a smart phone available for guests to use to help navigate the area. There was a steak restaurant right in front of the hotel, a great ramen place across the street, as well as an Aeon Mall (with a Daiso!) within reasonable walking distance. My only complaint about our stay was that there were some other guests on the same floor who were rather noisy. Other than that, this hotel is a great place to stay if you're transitioning to/from the Narita airport.

Nice place to stay near Narita airport, about 15-20 minutes with bus. And yes, they have shuttle bus from/to Narita airport, free for clients. Room was clean, good looking and not so small as we thought before come in :) Next time we will stay here for a long time, want to see Narita as is :) and yeah, there is "just around the corner" two restaurants who work till night.

Pros : early free shuttle starts at 6:30 am , near the aeon mall has everything you need , walking distance to narita train station about 15-10 mins ,has good WiFi , clean rooms . Do it your self laundry at ground floor . Cons: limited tv channel . Didn’t try breakfasts , has souvenir shop ,

There is a free shuttle bus from the airport, once an hour I think, and the stop changes from am to pm so check at the information office for the current info. Walking distance to several restaurants and the Narita stations as well as the temple so perfect location. Pajamas were in the room. Our room had a nice view. Excellent breakfast buffet, so many options, don't miss it. The only negative was the wifi in the room was so spotty I couldn't download maps of Narita and Tokyo I wanted before I left.

Good stay while waiting for flight”
Nice walking distance to Narita san(sightseeing place). The hotel is old but well maintained. The have free shuttle bus from/to Narita airport. Room is comfortable. Hotel itself near to many food restaurants and Aeon Mall(Daiso, local souvenir shops etc). 10 minutes walk from Keisei Narita/ JR Narita station with nice walk pavement. ¥1000 breakfast buffet is reasonable and affordable, with quite nice food option. Will absolutely stay here again if i come to Japan in future..

Really nice location”
A few minutes walk from the subway station to Tokyo, which costs less than 1,000 to get there. A good ramen shop across the street next to a tonkatsu shop, overall really great spot to start your journey off with a bowl of ramen right when you land or in the afternoon.

All is good, toilet room has stale smell. Clean but smell is bad. A natural air purifier like vinegar will do good, not just air sprays to mask the smell.

Great Breakfast”
Wonderful stay - Easy to catch the free shuttle upon arriving at Narita airport. With both American and Japanese offerings on the breakfast buffet, there are plenty of choices to ward off jetlag.

Most useful is the free minibus service from the hotel to Narita airport. Check out the huge Aeon supermarket just round the corner.

Near to the Aeon mall , walkable”
I went here because my flight was can cancelled to Sapporo and I had to take the next flight on the next day. So I book online from the airport and got this hotel as the cheapest between all those near to narita. They answered my question promptly and I took the hotel free shuttle from terminal1 narita airport. The hotel was a walkable distance to Aeon mall where I could buy my dinner and breakfast for the next day. And I booked on the next day the free shuttle to narita airport to catch my flight. All in all a nice stay
