It was a good stay, clean room with comfortable bed and thats all i needed. No luggage storage options so if you arrive before 3 you have to pay early check in. Staff was nice and the hotel location is perfect

The light in the room is not bright enough. There is a strange odour in the room, smells like pesticides. Anyway, you get what you paid.

Basic hotel, but clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately that there's no parking, the nearest NCP car park very expensive so the Northwood car park is reasonable if you don't mind a 5 min walk. Would definitely stay again as good value for money if you book well in advance.

Travelodge business model is showing its age here. Paid £140 for a one night stay. Parking costs extra (I paid £3.51 for .1st few hours, followed by £10 for the next day) Breakfast costs extra (so I skipped it!). 'Business Class' Wi-Fi costs extra and was only 3Mbps, with a connection limit of 2 devices. Who charges for Wi-Fi nowadays! On the plus side: Staff helpful. Room very clean (but very, very basic) and location suited my purposes as I was in town for a meeting on the same street. TBH, I'd stay elsewhere in the future. The need to pay all the above extras meant that I the total price was the same as a better-quality brand nearby.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all. It also had the smell lingering around when you first walked through the door. Not much heating in the room either very cold. Overall not the best hotel.

We found the staff at this Travelodge very helpful especially with directions to a venue we were attending. The only negative was the directions we were given were very confusing and it is situated in Charlotte Street not Newhall

Hotel con moquette sporca che probabilmente non e stata mai lavata. Niente armadio colazione da due stelle con poca scelta. Da evitare.

بخصوص الانترنت فهو غير مجاني.. اقترح توفير هذه الخدمة لأنها ضرورية ونحن في عام2022.. بخصوص النظافة فلا يتم تنظيف الغرف بشمل يومي.. فقط يتم استبدال فوط الحمام في حال فقط طلب الزاذر ذلك .. الحمام بحاجة لصيانه.. ستائر الحمام غير نظيفة وممزقه وبحاجة لإستبدال.. وعاء وضع أكياس الشاي والقهوة غير نظيف..
