チェックインした際に入浴剤、乳液、などもらえて。部屋にUSBケーブルもあってとても便利。さらにAlexiaもついて、テレビつけたくなくても音楽を楽しめる。有明ガーデンから200メートル、AEONで色々買えるのでとても便利。一人でセミダーブルベッドで最高。Hotel is situated 200 meters from AEON supermarket and Ariake Garden, so it is super convenient. There is an Alexia speaker on the desk so you can play music if you don't want to turn on TV. They also provide USB plugs in each room which is a plus. Free "continental breakfast" (apple juice, coffee and 3 bread) which I didn't expected.

Satisfied staying in this hotel. Just three minutes walking distance from Ariake Tennis-no mori station. Only problem I find is that there is no convenience store just near by.

The location is good and easy to find. There is a large shopping mall nearby with quite a number of restaurants. The room is very clean and tidy because this hotel just opened in 2020. Check-in procedures were simple but the self-check in procedures may be confusing for those who do not understand any Japanese. The staff could have been more helpful but overall this is a very good hotel.

Good, new, but pretty bare bones”
It is brand new so that's an important point. I actually prefer the smaller 16m room to the slightly larger 18m room. Very good value right now. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast (because of pandemic time it is changed to bag breakfast) was ridiculous. 3 piece of bread and choose cup or coffee OR cup of apple juice. At least a piece of fruit of a yogurt or anything else would be appreciated especially since nothing right in that immediate area.

Overall, good hotel. Price is reasonable. the staff are great and very helpful, they offer kiosk checkin/out. Amenities are provided as well. Breakfast is excellent! However, this is quite far from the city - tourist destinations around Tokyo.

Great hotel in a nice area! ”
The hotel area is pretty nice and much quieter than the main city. Close to Ariake Garden Mall (3 mins walk), and near the Tenis Ariake Station. I find it very convenient for us to take the Airport limousine bus from the ariake mall to haneda airport, so thank you to the receptionist who helped us find the schedule and informing us about it.

Good if staying in Odaiba”
Stay here if most of your activities are in Odaiba. The room may be small but has everything you need. They have an ice maker in certain floors, as well as a microwave. The hotel is near an Aeon grocery too so you can grab food that are half-priced at night. Go for the hotel bkfast too as it is cheap but delicious. If your activities are not in or near Odaiba, choose another hotel closer to where you'd go around most that is within the area covered by tokyo subway or JR line. This one is a monorail away with atleast 13 or 14 stops away from a subway line. The cost of the hotel may be cheap but you spend not only train money but also precious time.

it was near the ariake garden mall and train station. room is not very big but was ok for us. staff were very accommodating and friendly. hassle free checkin and checkout!

Basic, very clean and fuss free hotel. Although room was a bit small compared to other hotels around the area, but well equipped. Breakfast at hotel is excellent and worth the price!

Every morning, the menu for breakfast is same for one week stay. Please change the menu if possible. Self-in checking is not familiar with new visitors. Make it more convenient check-in. The bed is too hard for me. I feel back pain after sleep.

my friend and i stayed here for a couple of nights when we went to see harry styles at the ariake arena and we couldnt be happier with our stay here. it was just a five minute walk to the arena, a three minute walk to ariake garden which is a mall that has a supermarket, food court and spay, three minute walk to the bus station that has a bus that goes straight to tsukiji fish market, five minute walk to the train station that goes to teamlabs planet. the location was perfect for our itinerary. the facilities were adequate, the toiletries were complete and the room itself was clean and tidy. the bathroom was a bit cramped but we made do. the staff were very friendly and were accommodating to our request to store our luggage and even helped us call a taxi.

The room was very small but beautiful and with everything one might need. They also offer breakfast for ¥1000, complementary beverages on the first night, free things for your stay such as toothbrush and instant coffee, etc. Everyone was very nice and did their best to accommodate our needs!

But, there are few convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There is a big shopping mall one block next, but restaurants are poor. I recommend purchasing 24Hrs ticket of Yurikamome. You can go and come more convenience stations

Standard double room very clean compact self contained all electronic facilities in room sensor lights and good wifi 8 min from train station and closed to parks playgrounds and open areas good for long walks near the riverbank
