Nice apartment in good location”
The apartment is not huge but reasonably sized, especially compared to a hotel room for the same price. The extra sofa bed makes things a bit snug so 4 people would be very very tight indeed. The mobile wifi was very useful for navigating the city. Washing machine was useful too.

Cozy but can be cleaner”
Cozy place, but i felt it could be a lot cleaner. Booked this place as I wanted to cook for 1 meal, but the pan was greasy and the dish sponge was dirty with long hair. The kitchen area also looked more well-equipped in the pictures. No towel floor mat for the bath area, though there was 1 spongey floor mat the toilet sink area but it looked really dirty and didn't seem to be cleaned. Bed was the sofa bed kind (i think?) which wasn't very stable. Saw some hair and dust below the bed too. Overall, i like the house but the cleanliness can be worked on.

The room is just right for 2 persons. The bed was a bit racking if you move.. there’s an extra futon ( I put it on top of the sofa bed coz the sofa bed was I think dusty because I was sneezing the whole time) and sheets. They forgot to leave towels but when I message the host, he replied and gave towels immediately. The location was great! Between Shinjuku and shibuya. 3min walk to kita-Sando station. WiFi is also a plus! I think the WiFi can last for a day. We went out at 10am and back in the room around 10pm, the WiFi is still on!

Pros Room is clean Complete with shampoo, conditioner, cleaning stuff etc Neighborhood is peaceful With a nearby train station kita- sando and convenient store For feedback Needs manual to guide Non-japanese guests on aircon remote, disposal of trash etc Towels does not dry you well because of the cloth Room instruction pictures should be correct so as not to confuse. Suggest to include 2 options for nearest train station. Yoyogi and kita sando since the latter is nearer specially to those with big luggages Space is only for small luggages

Nice location and new building”
初めての利用です。予約後はメールで英語でのやりとりでした。その時に正確な住所と行き方等を教えてもらえます。質問にもきちんと返信もらえました。 東京メトロ北参道駅にとても近く、駅の横にはFamilyMartとセブンイレブンもあるので便利です。 新宿三丁目や渋谷などにもすぐに行けます。JR代々木駅にも歩いて行ける距離だと思います。 建物が新しくてきれいです。シャンプー、歯磨き粉、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ケトルなどだいたい必要な物はそろっていると思います。友達のアパートに泊っている感覚で使えます。 テレビは設置されてはいますがBcas cardが挿さってないため見れませんでした。 ベッドのシーツがきれいだったのはよかったです。 タオルは何枚かありましたが、少し湿っていたのが気になりました。 床をもう少し丁寧に掃除してあってほしかった。 機会があればまた泊ってみたいと思えました。

ของจริงเป็นเตียง2 เตียงค่ะ (ไม่เหมือนในรูป) ซึ่งก็โอเคค่ะ นอนสบาย ส่วนตรงทีวีกับโซฟานั่งในรูปโดนเก็บไว้ในห้องเก็บของ มีฝุ่นเล็กน้อย ครัวใช้ได้ ทำเลดี เดินใกล้มาก ถ้าลงkita sando
