Great value, great location”

This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Hsinchu. This means that it is a short walking distance to the main transportation hubs such as Taiwan Rail and buses, and the traditional downtown shopping district, and other famous local attractions which is particularly beneficial for tourists. While the facilities and suites are visibly dated, this tiny hotel which is located in an alley, has been especially well kept and is very clean. Each room even has a tiny but usable bathtub, All the usual amenities are provided, as is a complementary breakfast that has a surprising variety, although with local offerings only. Complementary toast and simple refreshments are also provided in the lobby throughout the day. An added bonus was the free elevator-style parking.

A bit dated but it's got everything you need”

Smells old, too. But other than that, location is great, staff are nice, beddings are really comfortable, there's even a bath tub in the room and a generous selection of breakfast! They also accommodated my bicycle parking needs.

I saw lots of family with kids”

I have no comparison, but it was good. Staff were very good, breakfast very good (mostly Chinese style.). Bathroom has a few damp spots and noise and smokiness are there like other reviews said but didn't bother me. I saw lots of kids that this is a good choices for lots of families too.

The receptionist standing at tge counter questioning and verifying you. How many staying in the room, this and that. No respect They dont know anything about surrounding. I asked about laundry, food, transportation to Leo Foo theme park, the answer i got was always dont know and suggested me to search google. Room with bath tub but the design is too dangerous for kids and old folks. Toilet floor is slipply. Mattress felt aging too.

Water flow is very small, water is cold, bad noise cancellation, can’t flush the toilet bowl, the toilet water keep running, just a very bad experience staying here
