Quite and peaceful place to calm down”
Hoped it like in the picture and it was, but 100% clean. Good place to stay anyway. Facilities are Excellent, you have all stuff in the kitchen, but the hob get E0 (error message" when you turn on it. Maybe the staff didn't care to check everything in the rom works properly.

The hotel staff is very kind and able to speak english during check-in. but the next day no one is able to speak english. The room is big and spacious but the room have lots of ants and tried to request to change room, there is no room available and need to kill the ants by hand to ensure do not get bites at night. There is no food to eat at the surrounding, ended up eating at the cafe downstairs, the food and coffee is below average.

Room is infested with mosquitos and ants. No cleaning service unless explicitly asked for. Clerk is unprofessional and doesn't know his work. Laundry service messed up our clothes and actually made them dirtier

I've had a bad experience ”
This so called hotel doesn't even have an elevator. Guests must carry their own luggage to the 3rd or 4th floor. Rooms are smelly and are infected with ants and mosquitos. Hotel staff offered to put an aroma diffuser in the room to combat the ants, which didn't help at all. If you bring sugary food into the room, you'll be surrounded with ants in no time. Worse than that is the room service. You'll need to explicitly ask for it daily or there will be no room service at all. Your room filled with mosquitos and ants and dirty laundry will be left without cleaning for that day. Checking out at early hours, you'll be met with an inexperienced staff who'll check you out at first but then will go after you to ask for the booking fees and money you owe for other services. The only good thing is that the hotel is at a quiet location with low traffic. Not recommended

今回13泊しましたが1日部屋が掃除されていませんでした｡ レセプションで文句を言うと、ハウスキーパーが忘れたんだろう、今日はもう帰った（17時半）ので掃除できない。明日するので待ってくれと言って、バスタオルとハンドタオルを渡されました。 It's unbelievable! It's no responsibility! It's no management!

Mình biết giá phòng thấp nhưng không đồng nghĩa với việc che sàn nhà bằng 2 tấm thảm nhỏ, nên sửa chửa sàn nhà, vì nếu để vậy nhìn rất bẩn, rèm cũ, nhà tắm trơn mình phải tự dọn lại, có kiến cánh khá nhiều. Nhân viên thân thiện.

OK if you are on a budget, but”
OK if you are on a budget, but it's better to just find somewhere else. Employees are helpful but the place is dirty (has insects...) and trash cans are tiny (for a 4 people room) so overall just quite unpleasant experience
