Best service and rooms during our Palawan trip!”
My husband and I stayed at 4 different hotels during our stay visiting Palawan (El Nido and Puerto Princesa) and this was by far the best hotel! It was very well rounded with great service (all the staff served us smiles and greeted us), clean and comfortable rooms, decent sized pool and lounge area, as well as a good breakfast buffet. Free parking in the basement as well if you’ve rented a moped or a car to explore the city. Location wise it wasn’t super close to the hustle bustle near the airport, but it’s located right by the Robinson’s shopping center, which makes it super convenient for food or currency exchange. They can call you a trike or taxi if necessary, and there’s a small tour desk right by the front desk if you’d like to book any tours. 10/10 would recommend to anyone making a trip out here!

I would like to commend Kuya Causing, Ms. Jen, Ms Ana and the rest of the front desk and bar staff! Ngayon lang kami nakaexperience ng Hotel na sobrang considerate. Given the fact na nakapag check out na kami early in the morning they still allowed us na makapag prepare, shower et al after our whole day tour. It was so nice to be here even if we stayed for 1 night only. Nakakabitin is the right term actually, hindi din kami nabigyan ng chance na makapagswimming dahil sobrang tight na nung schedule namin. Thank youuuu Hue Hotel! We will definitely be back soon!

We stayed last Sept 16 for our Palawan trip. The experience started wonderful not only because of the well maintained facility but also because of the friendly FO staff who attended our check in. Also, their breakfast inclusion is superb. Menu have many dishes to choose from. Very convenient as it is just next to a mall. We have a wonderful stay.

The room is clean and beds are comfy. Everything is nice and room rate is affordable. It just beside Robinson's so the location is perfect. They just need to get new chefs, maybe, to improve their breakfast selections. The food needs a lot of improvement, but overall, I would still rate this as 5/5.

Thank you Hue Hotel Puerto Princesa for the wonderful customer service. I like how the hotel is close to everything. It’s situated next to Robinson’s mall which is very convenient especially when you need to do a quick run to get some essentials. There are also several fast foods in the area and it’s also just a couple of minutes away from the airport. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing and the staffs were all very nice. We also love the food they serve in their restaurant. The food serving is big, the food tastes great, and the price won’t break your bank. Overall, it was definitely a great experience.

Central and convenient location. It is just next to Robinsons Department store. Staff is truely friendly. They always served with smiles. The hotel is situated less than ten minutes drive from the airport but the hotel charge 250 pesos per person for airport transfer. Other than the sparkling clean swimming pool, there is no beach anywhere near for you to have a dip.

I was first skeptical about booking this hotel online but this has been the best decisions I’ve made so far. Our family really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It has exceeded my expectations and was the highlight of our trip to Puerto Princesa. The proximity to the mall with food choices, baywalk park, honda bay and crocodile farm was a huge plus. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, lahat mababait as in. We really enjoyed here and I have no complaints.
