The common areas were dirty, the floors were sticky in the elevators, the rooms are worn out; this hotel needs renovations.

Spring Hill suites across the street is much nicer, has actual housekeeping and included breakfast. This place didn’t do any of that. Their staff were clueless the keys to the room kept getting messed up and needing replacement-6 in one day. At least there wasn’t any bugs but it did smell like bleach and dirty socks.

We had no housekeeping our entire 3 night stay. I told the desk. They offered me towels. Never apologized. Tried to order food from the 24 food service and was told the kitchen was down for maintence but they had menus out displayed in the bar area.

The convenience of this hotel right next door to convention is amazing and why we stay there every year, the hotel is getting a little older and they are trying to update a little, rooms and huge and nice breakfast and food service off lobby! There pricing when they have an event goes up to $300, but will go down to $100 on a Sunday night, which I hate

There are 2 elevators, one did not work at all and the one that was being used for everyone in the hotel was incredibly slow, as in a 10, 15, 20 wait each time. My 16 daughter got stuck in it and I know that other got stuck in it at different times having to force the door open. All the guests commiserated about while we waited. The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable, it kept me up all night both nights that we were there. I am not that lucky and usually love hotel pillows and beds. These were obviously subpar and not on the level of the over $200 a night I paid. I heard other guests stating that they air was out in the hallway of their floor but I didn’t experience this. I know things happen but overall this place is rundown, overpriced, they need to get some stuff fixed pronto.
