I stayed at this Hyatt during the present COVID 19 situation and because I had a death in the family. unfortunately all of the hotel amenities were not available, the pool, gym, etc. were closed. However, the hotel staff made us feel extremely welcomed. They were so very courteous, helpful, friendly and thoughtful. This made our stay more comfortable. Our room was very accomodating, comfortable and very clean. I would definitely choose to stay at this Hyatt again. A big hug to Maria and her staff for taking such great care of us!!!!!

Good price, a very friendly staff, perfect location, accessible to different towns through the freeway, the hotel chow area its open 24/7 with a few options for those who wants to eat something after midnight, rooms are super clean with a modern furniture and small living area with a sofa cama for extra accommodation of guests, and most important for me was the security, I saw them all the time patrolling the parking area, around and inside the hotel, making feel you safe next to your family, hope they keep those standards always, thank you very much Hyatt place of Manati!!

It is perfect, but when a person wants to stay for 2 days, they don't give you a reasonable price. He wants you to pay for a hotel on the NY Avenue and I think it's wrong

While at this hotel i explained to the clerk at the front desk that the wall shower unit did not work properly and the lock also did not work. Her answer was i should have told her at the beginning of my stay. I was at the hotel because of the convenience across from Doctor's Center. My father was hospitalized and did not have time to stop and inform the front desk of these incidents. Please take this into consideration and credit my account accordingly. Thank you. Dilcia Rivera

I Stay a Wekeend, Great Place if you gone vist center and nort island. They are very close to recibo, Ouletts in barceloneta caverns of camuy, running horses in manatí beach and to visit cave window, to know a little bit of Puerto Rican culture in Arecibo Lighthouse or to jump in parachute.

y hubo problemas con la reservacion ya q no conocian sobre la aplicasion agoda y m debitaron d nuevo el pago y cuando lo devolvieron no se reflejo rapido y eso hizo q mis viajes fueran limitados ya q se vio afectado mi presupuesto q llevaba para los paseos que tnia estipulados.
