Good location to visit Universal from”
Pleasant surprise with the spacious and clean room. There's a shuttle to Universal and outlet shopping nearby. Highly recommended. Even though hotel is under going refurbishment, there is no noise or disruption at night

Great stay ”
We had a great experience at the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. At check in, the staff did not alert us that housekeeping was suspended for social distancing. We had to ask two days later and got the message. However, the staff was very helpful and told us to leave our trash outside our room door for pickup. We were also able to receive additional towels with ease. Overall, the stay was great and definitely a great value for the money.

Hotel is close to orlando universal studios. Shuttle to universal available. Close to shopping outlets as well. Restaurants accessible close by as well as a Walgreens. Delicious breakfast included. Too bad the gym and the pool are both under renovation at this time.

Walking distance to Universal.”
The staff was very friendly and eagerly responded to my request for an extra towel and a soap when I telephoned the front desk. One elevator was not working as it apparently is being replaced, but didn’t have an impact on our ability to access the fourth floor. The free coffee in lobby was excellent, although we didn’t have breakfast we were offered coffee. The proximity to Universal is a big plus!

Excellent room for the price! Very spacious compared to other hotels we have been to, the only negative about the room was the shower, tiles were cracked and stained and the drain needs to be fixed since water was starting to pool when you showered. Other than that, everything was fantastic! Staff was friendly and helpful, our room included breakfast which was plenty stocked. Would be nice to have a waffle machine but that didnt' deter the experience.

Was easy to get from the hotel to the parks. Parking onsite was eay and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable.

WiFi worked in room for 5 mins about 8 times for the whole 4 days , staff listened but really didn’t do anything about it, elevators in need of a new facelift, carpets need a good clean or replacement. Breakfast was good.

Value for money ”
We were given free upgrade to a room with bunk bed, much to the delight of the kids. Room is huge, housekeeping is done on alternate days. Breakfast spread is limited and almost the same daily but that's OK for us. WiFi is strong at all times and staff at the front desk are friendly. Parking at the hotel is free.

格力空调居然很大噪音”
夜晚入住，三星级感受，电梯老旧，房间够大，整洁度正常，格力空调太不给面子了，明明北京家非常静音，但这里吵到睡眠很差，house keeper 来也解决不了问题，说每间都是同一问题，how 😞,早歺一般，最后一早我们赶飞机问可否打包早餐，答不可以，不是钱的问题，service真的差，不推荐。

有巴士直送环球影城，要去的话真的很方便！酒店的早餐也很不错，前台服务员超Nice，就是附近吃的东西比较少，只有一家Friday。到机场也不算最方便。
