We stayed for 3 nights at the hyatt Regency, all in all everything was satisfactory, arrived mid morning but we where checked in nice & early to enjoy what denver offered, had the mountain view room, and would highly recommend to all.

This is a great location. We had rented a non-smoking room, however our room was saturated with the odor of marijuana. Staff was helpful with issuing new smaller room. Rooms area bit tight. Mountain View room is partially blocked by buildings, not worth the additional cost.

Nice hotel, terrible sheets”
I wanted to love this hotel as the property is beautiful and the location is perfect, however, the bedding is quite possibly the worst I've ever experienced. It all had a weird plastic bag feel with zero breathability, so you'd wake up sweating profusely every night. The worst part is it didn't even keep you warm as the fabric felt cold the entire time. So you were just cold and sweaty. It also made the LOUDEST rustling sound that's akin to a noisy windbreaker or plastic bag. I have no idea what material that bedding was made out of it, but it all needs to be lit on fire. We went from being excited to stay there, to quickly hating the place as none of us could get a good night's rest at all the entire weekend.

nearby building blocked mountain view”
We were asked if we want to pay more for the mountain view, and we accepted. But, we could only see half of the mountain from our window because the other half is a building next to the hotel. Food was delicious. Also, the photo on the website is definitely different from the room we got.

Club Rooms the way to go”
Breakfast comes with club rooms PLUS all day snacks and beverages ... appies 5-8pm and desserts 8-9pm. Food and drink selection was top shelf. Great location to free bussing. 2km wall to Mile High and Coors Field (do-able). Easy access via train from airport. Get off at Union station. Grab the Free bus from Union to California St and you’re at hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Under expectations ”
The location was the best thing about the hotel. But the room was below average. There was no coffee machine, no complimentary water and the decoration was like motel. I was disappointed.

Overall, the staff was quite helpful and attentive and went above and beyond. However, one exception stopped me from rating them as excellent. I used valet parking. I had not memorized my license plate but needed it reserve parking at an event. As I did not have access to my car and did not know exactly where it was, I called down to the parking office to see I could get the license plate number. The person answering brusquely that they could not send someone down just to get the license number and offered no other options. One of the valet guys saved the day when I picked up my car by suggesting alternative parking for the event that was better than I had planned.

Excellent”
Prime location in downtown Denver. Super close walk or Lime scooter ride to so many restaurants and bars. Rooftop hot tub and indoor pool were super enjoyable even in October when it was 73 one day and 59 the next day. The three restaurants in the hotel all had incredibly friendly staff and prices were not insane (for a hotel). Only complaint was there were no robes in the room, blow dryer did not work (we requested a new one which was promptly delivered), we set the thermostat to 65 at night and it barely got down to 67 and we called to request a fan that was never delivered. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and was perfect for Convention center events. Will recommend in the future.

The pillows here are paper thin. The hotel is pretty good overall but not for a good nights rest.
