Disappointing”
The bathroom was dirty and unkept (black mold in bottom of tub; caulking around toilet rusty brown and cracked and chipped all around; sink cracked and crack trapped dirt; sink make loud noise every time used; grout on bathroom floor black in most places [cream/white is the normal color]). But more disappointing was when I was asked how my stay was and I shared pictures with the front desk employee, she took a defensive tone and said, you should have told us so we could have rectified the problem. I said, I am telling you now because you asked; when traveling a great distance and being tired, hungry and having a tight schedule, the last thing you want to do is have to deal with these problems. My feeling about it is, I shouldn’t have to tell you to properly clean a bathroom and maintain it; that is maintenance and housekeeping’s job. And I certainly don’t expect to have to do that at a Hilton hotel.

Bad attitude when asking for help”
2min inside our room a man opened our door (thank goodness my husband had put the lock that only opens from the inside, the other one it opened with this guy’s key) he said it was maintenance and wanted to open the water valves in our bathroom. I was surprised but we let him do his thing that’s when he told us the toilet tank wasn’t filling up properly and he needed to change something and also the shower head was leaking when he called for help from another worker he came in and was a bit rude to the first maintenance guy and was trying to do everything in a rush. So he left after bring a piece for the shower head. After a while the first maintenance guy told us it was better if we moved to a different room. We did and it also had a leaking shower head they moved us again and there was a dog barking non stop. After 2 hours of waiting and just moving and moving rooms I just wanted a cancellation and go somewhere else to rest. I was tired. But they didn’t want to cancel my reservation

Motel was great, however the third party booking agency (Agoda) uses false advertisement!”
March of 2018 I booked this hotel through "Agoda" so myself and friends could participate in Rolling Thunder. Agoda sold me a room with 2 king beds. Upon arrival to the Hyatt Recency Fairfax, I was informed that my room would be one king bed with a pull out couch! Needless to say I was not a happy camper as both I and the person I was rooming with have bad back. I was informed by the Hotel Clark that there was not a room in the entire Hotel they had two King beds. They did offer to upsize our room to one with a refrigerator microwave and counter area but still would have a pull out couch for the second bed. This was most gracious of the hotel in my opinion but, the third-party booking site will be hearing from me and I will be contacting Visa about the fraudulent advertisement, as I paid for this hotel with my Visa card. The price point and the bed size is what sold me on this hotel. Agoda will also be hearing from me.

The room was below acceptable standard, carpet and sofa bed was very dirty. I guess has never been renovated, as you walk out of the elevater the corridor to the rooms looks unkept and is a turn off. The bed, bed sheet and bed cover are not a standard of Hyatt. Does not look like a Hyatt hotel The staff were very cooperative and pleasant

힐튼으로 바꼈더라구요 호텔이름 수정하셔야할것같네요 그리고 소개에는 호텔무료셔틀이 있다고 되어있는데 워싱턴델러스공항 안내직원분께 여쭤보니 여기호텔 주소의 셔틀은 없다고해서 택시타고 갔습니다.. 참고로 디파짓은 200달러정도 잡습니다
