2 night Staycation ”
We booked a Standard Room but got an upgrade upon checkin. The room was huge! Extra bed was setup as it was included in the room rate. All the items in the mini bar were free and they were replenished the next day! How awesome! Lots of restaurants in City of Dreams which was very accessible since they're in the same complex. We didn't avail of the buffet breakfast but instead ordered ala carte in the Wave Restaurant near the pool. Good breakfast choices and were very filling! The pool attendants were very attentive and readily prepared towels every time we're there. Ayala mall is right across the hotel, very walkable in good weather. Parking is quite far but they have a shuttle you can request to bring you to and fro the hotel lobby entrance . Perhaps the only thing we didnt like was that the bathrrom didnt have hooks where you can hang towels or clothes. Either you hang them in the handle bar or place them on top of the tub. Also, the bidet button is very hard to push and water pressure is too strong. It was very very uncomfortable and painful each time water comes out of it strongly, if you know what I mean?! 🙄 Also, extension wires are not allowed.

Title says it all. The hotel is new and modern. Check-in and check-out are fast and convenient. They got all our requests checked, and prepared. The designs and decorations are really nice. The staff are polite, well-trained, well-mannered, and well-groomed. Really fit for a five-star hotel. All items in the mini fridge are free and free refill. There is a clean electric kettle, and there was a dozen of free bottled mineral water in the room for just the 2 of us. All amenities are new, clean, and working. Our room, even though it is a standard, and the most basic, had a nice city view; floor-to-ceiling glass windows so it feels spacious. Same as their gym. It may look small, but complete, and airy because it of the glass windows overlooking the big space outside. Location is convenient even if you do not have a car. It is interconnecting with Nobu and Nuwa. It is just beside the interesting DreamPlay, big Ayala Malls by the Bay, near Solaire. There are a lot of fast foods surrounding i

We booked a standard king room during their promotional period and eho would have thought we'll have the best 2 days ever! Pros: *Staff are kind and accommodating*Spotless clean, everywhere*Best part, Manager Jacqueline made the experience so memorable by upgrading our room from Standard to Aqua Suite! She didn't have to, but BIG THANK YOU! Cons: *You need to book the antigen test with them as its required for the stay for 800/head. The queue literally took us 1 1/2 hrs to be tested and then 30mins for the result*Another line then once cleared to check in. (Which resulted for a few customers to complain, most of them rudely confronted the manager, where we cant help but step in to stand up for her. They cant understand that people needs to do their jobs and just want to be fair with all customers, no need to be mean and belittle anyone, just to get what we want, always be kind guys) Anyway, everythings alright actually even with the tests and the queues coz its understandable. Plus, we got the unexpected upgrade so overall, its a superb stay! I hope we can go back to the experience, but theres no more 3,200php promo lol I hope theres next time, because this is indeed MEMORABLE. 1 night is not enough, really good place ! High end and super clean. Staffs are accomodating. Accessible and convenient. The hotel is very generous giving the complementary foods for free i.e. m&ms, water, other drinks. My kids was amazed. Their pool is good, overall facility is wonderful to us. We will return to try the buffet and dreamplay 😊😊

Our family had an excellent stay at this family-friendly hotel. Our deluxe room was spacious, well-maintained, and everything functioned well. The internet speed was very fast. We had a great view of the pool too. We were provided several bottles of drinking water and everything in the mini bar was free. A few minutes after we arrived, our daughter received a luscious mini cake as she celebrated a school milestone. We also made several requests and they were accommodated. Booking, check-in, and check-out were all efficient. The staff we encountered were all friendly and well mannered. We’d like to make special mention of Queenie and Michelle at the front desk, and Dana of reservations for their exceptional service. We’re looking forward to spending a few days again at this hotel soon.

Without doubt one of the best hotels we stayed as family with young children. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Nessa and arranged our early check in process. We always book other hotels to celebrate special occasions. But it was our first time for my son to receive a special gift for his birthday during our stay. My son was so happy. He surely had a great time and felt really special on his birthday! Ms. Nessa deserves a special thanks. We love our room with the city view. We enjoyed our stay although it’s pricey. Bfast selection was relatively okay. Pool seemed heated so that’s a plus. Hotel food and drinks were really expensive (local beer priced at 300/bottle) like the usual 4/5 star hotels but it’s good that they have other restos within the facility (modern table, mary grace, etc). They strictly prohibit bringing of outside food, if you need snacks there’s a 7eleven branch in the building( they dont sell alcoholic drinks). What we liked the most is that the price of the room covers the in-room bar items so you can eat/drink them all. It’s also advisable to stay here if you avail the all day pass from Dreamplay so that you can make the most out of the ticket (though dreamplay is not that big). We’ll be on the look out for discounts/offers in this hotel :)

It was our last resort since flight to boracay was canceled because of restriction on leisure travel going in & out of NCR. We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we didn't regret booking here, we had a happy & memorable stay. The receptionist -Carl, surprised us a cake in a room which was exceptional! I did tell him that its our anniversary that day and he did make us felt important and happier! We felt safe and secure in the hotel as we need to take rapid antigen before check in. we stayed in this hotel during the MDA of Uniteam last May 7. My family definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was big, the bathroom has a big tub as well. I was so happy with the complimentary bar food and drinks. We did not try the pool because it is a bit crowded, but definitely the staycation was so worth it.
