Awesome resort on a beautiful beach”
We really enjoyed our stay here, very happy with our choice considering there is so many to choose from in Sharm El Sheikh. The room was very big and overlooked the ocean, swimming pools and gardens. I think the rooms need the furniture and decor replaced as they are getting a bit old now but are still ok. There are three private beaches (600metres) located on the resort. The beach is fantastic and has a great reef/coral with so much variety of colorful fish, if you love snorkeling or scuba diving then you will be spoilt at this hotel. There is also a really good dive shop located there. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Also they have free shuttle to/from city centre and airport. The best restaurant there is Sala Thai, i live in Thailand and would have to say it is the best Thai restaurant i have eaten at outside of Thailand :)

The Best Hotel in Sharm”
It was a fantastic stay in this hotel, Our journetvwas for 8 days, we reserved 4 days at Hyatt Regency and the other 4 days in another hotel, after we enjoyed the comfort in Hyatt Regency, we have decided to cancel the other hotel and extend the stay here as it is a wonderful experience, and will come to the same hotel if we decided to visit Sharm again. This hotel is totally advisable to stay in it. It is a joyful experience

Beautiful hotel with nice water frontage”
Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. Attentive staff greet you with a cold beverage and check you in, whilst your bags are whisked away to your room. A limited shuttle runs to Naama Bay 3 times a day, clearly designed to ensure that you eat at the hotels over price restaurants and have a buffet shoved down your face when you clearly ask for Al A Carte. On one occasion we asked for soup and salad + dessert buffet as the wife was not hungry. Staff were more than insistent trying to force the full buffet on her. The price was "only 40 pounds more' yet they seem to the miss the point that she wasn't hungry and people don't pay 'only 40 pounds more' for something they don't want. The Pool butlers were friendly and courteous. Excellent food from both outdoor café. Beautiful snorkelling available off the hotels jetty with lots of marine life. Be wary of the taxis who know what a meter is when you ask outside the taxi, but forget how to speak English half way down the road. A hotel in the year 2013 really should offer free internet to all rooms. This hotel had unusable free internet in the lobby only.

Our stay was wonderful. From the minute we arrived we felt at home, with staff bending over backwards to help. The hotel was well maintained with beautiful gardens, lovely swimming pools and private beach with a fantastic beach bar with beautiful setting. Rooms were large and very comfortable. This is the only place to stay in Sharm for sheer convenience and affordability

The facility is amazing with access to pools, beach and free health club I also used the ping pong and the tennis courts Breakfast meals contained so many options for everyone Service is quite good to with visible staff around the resort I enjoyed the beach restaurant with excellent view and nice grill food

1. Vegetarian food options were poor & had to meet the Chef to organize a meal. 2. staff was rude in terms of replenishing water in the rooms wherein only 2 bottles were available for a couple for 24hrs. 3. Language & understanding issue with Travel desk & Spa staff.
