Room is spacious and big enough for a family of 5 with luggage. Subway Station exit is just beside hotel. Nice city view from the room. However, the room doesn't come with breakfast and breakfast price is too costly.

My wife and I had previously stayed at the Hyatt Regency and were pleased with the hotel. Pre-pandemic the hotel provided a shuttle service to and from Shinjuku station that ran about every 30 minutes which we found to be very convenient and helpful. At our current stay, we found the shuttle service had been discontinued. It is not a difficult walk but it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the station. The metro was not that convenient and with a group of 6, we needed 2 taxis to make our way back and forth. The hotel is fine and we had no complaints regarding our accommodations but the lack of a shuttle as in the past was an inconvenience that was not anticipated.

Japan Family Trip”
Hyatt Regency Tokyo is a great hotel to stay when in Shinjuku. The only comment I have is they have terminated their shuttle service to and from the Shinjuku Central Station which makes it difficult for a family group to navigate. Although they have train access from below the hotel one still needs to go to the central station to be able to move around.

Nice hotel with great staff ”
The hotel is quite far from the shopping district but they offer a shuttle service right in the Odakyu shopping district. It runs every 20 min so made it quite convenient. The staff on the reception was very accommodating but the restaurant staff was not so good. The hotel needs renovation. Otherwise, it was a good hotel considering they accommodated a 3rd person in our room with no charge.

Its right next to the Tochōmae station. However if you want to go to shinjuku station you have to walk like 10 mins. But still good location. view of the room is nice. Gym got good view too. However it closes very early like 20:00

Good stay with some minor issues”
Room is big enough, facilities are enough, staff are very nice and helpful, good stay however the room is too dim, and the toilet is with flushing problem, the water cannot be changed to a hogher temperature

Old Hotel”
We book this Hotel because almost all 5star hotel (including Sjangril La) was fully booked during our stay. The staff of this hotel was great. The room size was decent considering it is in Shinjuku. The food in the Restaurant has alot of room for improvement. Very limited Room Service. Bar closes at 10pm. No Alfresco Dinning. Overall I don't think I will visit this hotel in my next JP trip.

Riding on their name”
Hotel is okay but there are lots of nice hotels in Tokyo at much better price points. For tourism, it's just out of reach of anywhere noteworthy so requires a 10min walk or taxi ride. Suggest tourists stay in more central locations and save cash. Rooms also need a revamp, ours were out of the 90's
