Super helpful staff”
The services I get from their B3 counter were beating my expectation. Day one after check in, they help me to set up the health declaration APP and also helping me to make an appointment for my RTK test on Day two. On that day of testing, the staff there were kind enough to assist me to get a Taxi by walking out of the building to inform the taxi about the exact location as he could easily just tell me to get a taxi myself. I’m very impressed with the services there. Will defiantly stay there again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Really enjoy the stay and definitely would visit again. The view is not the best but it's not an issue for me. As long as it's not too close to other buildings, I'm fine with it. The room is clean and in good condition. It would be better if there's a master switch for light at the entrance. (We arrived in the evening. The room is a bit dark and the switches at the entrance are for the bathroom, so it took us a while to find the light.) Overall, it's a really comfy room. The breakfast is also nice. With lots of choices in different styles. Fresh and most are still warm.

The room was very lovely, i love the setting of the corner room. The bathroom was gorgeous, the shower area was well designed that the water wont leak outside/splash outside the shower area. The hotel located right next to the K11 Art Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui where you can get everything you need from the supermarket there.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. we had the booking with dining credits. we reserved a lunch buffet at the cafe and it was good impressive! after the lunch buffet, we had the breakfast buffet the next day, still good food but lunch is more enjoyable!

I was happy about the staff helped me to find a room with bathtub while my original one should be without bathtub I booked. The staff was really helpful and nice. Hyatt was very convenient, just above K11 Artmall, with lots of shops and food choices. MTR was also easily accessible, being 2-3 min walk away. The room was spacious and clean, and Check-in, as well as room service was quick and efficient. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in TST area

Cozy and relaxing stay”
It is clean and a well-organized room. Some doors near the bed and wardrobe increase more access to the bathroom, so we don’t need to walk around all the time. Although the bathtub is a little bit short even for a Asian, it is clean and relaxing with ambient lights. Lounge service is comparable to other five-to-six stars hotel.
