One of the best hotel in Japan.”

Excellent hotel with excellent location just around 300 - 400 meters away from Chinatown. Spacious and very clean room which is super value for money. Very comfortable beds which my kids enjoy a lot with a whole good night sleep and I managed to use the gym facility near midnight which was opened for 24 hours. Literally, the best hotel in our long two week plus trip. Upon checking out, a very helpful and friendly staff helped us to give a call to the another hotel to cancel our booking which we booked at the wrong location initially. Overall, it was one of the best hotels we have stayed all these while.

Amazing stay at Hyatt!”

Very nice classy hotel, very clean and great location very very near to Yokohama Chinatown and Yokohama Bay, 22hrs parking at ¥2000 for hotel guest. Feel that the buffet breakfast at ¥3800/pax is not worth it as selections of B/f items were not great! But overall it is an excellent hotel.

綺麗で設備は素晴らしかった”

ずっと泊まってみたかったホテルの一つでした。 フロント周りにスタッフが無駄に多い気がしました。いないよりいた方が良いのでしょうが、多過ぎも邪魔な気がしました。とくにエントランスフロアが狭いので。 一番気になったのは、冷蔵後が小さくて冷えないのが非常に残念。 特に外に出れないので、色々買い込むのですが冷えないで困りました。 冷蔵庫は見た目より、冷えることが重要なので。

小学生のにぎやかな子供が2人…。予約後にやっぱり敷居が高かったかな？と思ったのですが、意外とファミリーも多く安心しました。子供用のパジャマをお願いすると、頼まなくても歯ブラシやかわいいスポンジもお部屋に持ってきてくれました。

フロント対応の悪さ”

サイトで予約申し込みを行った時にクレジットカードでの受付だけだったので、カード登録をして予約をした。 当日、フロントでカード申込だが現金の支払いを求められたので、理由を聞いたが分かりにくいで説明で、保証金のようなものでカード登録をしての予約申し込みなので、この場で精算ををお願いしますと、言われたので現金で支払いを行った。またその場でクレジットカードの提示を求められたので、予約時に提示しているのになぜなのかと聞くと、滞在期間に他のサービスを利用して逃げる人がいるからと説明。 そうか私は逃げると思われているのだと不快であった。 で、1泊2日で　翌日チェックアウトする手続きをしたら、宿泊代が未精算です。と言われて、明細が出された、23万程の請求をされた、えっ、1泊二日で23万と言うと、慌てて確認して、すみません、違いましたとなったが。 奈良の田舎から、東京に夫婦で出てきて初めて高級ホテルに泊まったので、23万もいるのだと一瞬思ってしまいました。 その後の謝罪も適当だし、なんかボッタくりのホテルに感じました。 最悪の旅行でした。 嫁と　60超えてこんな驚きがあるのだと 二度と使わないなぁ。なりました。 そんなホテルを掲載するなと言いたい
