loation-it is almost at the end of inverness terrace so just a few minutes away from queensway station. queensway station has a lift, on central line. also a few minutes walk to hyde park, and other halal eateries, bayswater station.and beacuse it is not too far from the main road, walking back in the evening was not very scary. there is a lift! a great plus. and they also provide storage services the superior double was big enough for us to pray comfortably and enough room to open our luggages to pack and unpack. the shower was a bit small, you have to negotiate a little but modern clean brightly lit. the only minus is the spring bed, bit too soft the frontdesk staffs were friendly helpful and it's always nice to have smiley pleasant folks as u leave for the day or upon returning from a long day outside. highly recommended

Lovely place to stay! ”
Came here for my 21st birthday weekend - the only reasonable place I could find to stay on a budget. It was so clean and my triple room was really spacious, never expected so much space in a London room on the lower price point! I was a bit nervous to arrive as I had seen some bad reviews online but when I arrived I was so thrilled - clean, staff were helpful and friendly, great location as right next to Queensway tube station. The only slight down-side was that the room was very warm (we were on the -1 floor), but there was a window that we opened and it was totally manageable. I would definitely stay again and will be recommending to family and friends!

Location is great. Metro and bus is very close. We use bus more during our trip. Area is quiet but few 4min walk you already at the bayswater street where all the shops located. Facilities - room and the hotel itself is clean. Dont know what is it all about on bad review. Heater good. Water good. Kitchen great. Self laundry machine at level 3 is the highlight which only cost you £2.50 wash and £1.50 dry. Set a timmer, relax in the room once ready just collect. Service - no one will offer you to carry your baggage to your room. Your room will only be clean for free if you stay more than 4days, charge £5 per room if you keep your baggage at the hotel after check out. The hotel should review this as improvement.

Very wonderful stay”
The location is amazing being just 2-3mins away from queensway and bayswater station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room size was decent for 2 of us, very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful in accommodating us whenever we need new towels, new plastic bags and even when we needed to print some documents. Overall a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this place!

First of all, the apartment is easy to find and its located nearby to 2 underground station (queensway & bayswater, prolly about 3 mins walk or less). The room is small but its just comfortable for 2 person (we got the superior double studio). the walls are abit thin, you could hear people walking around but its all when we're wide awake so that doesnt really bother us. Secondly, the room doesnt include house keeping, but since we were there for more than 7 days they let us have 1 time free of house keeping, which is good enough (with the price that we're paying). We're happy with our stay and definitely will go back again! Last but not least, the staffs are very helpful when we asked for help & make us feel very welcome every time when we come back to the apartment after a long day. Thank you!

Great location! Easy to get to the park. We love to walk there everyday! Very close to both Bayswater and Queensway Station. Easy to get food around here. The room is a good size with kitchen facilities. Good for long stay! A bit hot in the summer time as there is no air con. Good value for money!

Price is right, comfy beds with very clean bedding, 2 minutes from a tube station, next door to Hyde Park! The guys at reception are nice and helpful. Places to have breakfast and grocery stores are near. Enjoy!

Location is perfect. Just 5 minutes away from underground -Queensway/ Bayswater. A lot of street food to choose from Asean food,middle east or western. Near to grocer like Tesco/Sainsbury/local shop. Many souvenir shops near to the tube with cheaper price compared to city shop. Worth every pennies either short or long stay with families and they has elevator too.

Love this apartment so much. The location is great just 3 minutes away from an underground station. The room has everything inside, including tv, microwave oven, dishes, cups and glasses, stovetop. the bathroom is very clean and the we asked extra shower gels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer at the front desk for free, which is great. The lift is convenient for us to move a large suitcase. The receptionists are available 24/7. In short, I highly recommend this apartment, we'd like to stay in here again if travel to London.

Apartments are in a great location close to two subway stations, shop, restaurants and and Kensington Gardens. Functional cooking facilities include a small stove and microwave. I did find the room noisy at night but I was facing the main road. Also the shower didn’t have great pressure which was a downside. All in all I would recommend and book again.

Comfy with good location ”
We had a few doubts at first when booking this apartment due to reviews read. But we were pleasantly surprised by how we were wronged. We booked a family deluxe of two Queen beds. The beddings were comfy and we had no complaints of the pillows. Room was decently clean and in good condition. Room size was spacious for the 4 of us. Although the bathroom was slightly small, we hardly grumble because everything worked well. The side kitchen although minimal was sufficed for us. It had an electric kettle, a toaster and hot plate stove. Utensils were provided but we brought ours since some previous reviews claimed no utensils provided. The mini fridge was a real help. Two heaters were near the beds. However, no air condition was provided. So we had to slightly open our windows to let the cool air in. Laundry was right beside the main lift or every floor. £2.50 per wash and £1.50 per dryer. A decent fee and indeed a great help. Overall, our stay was satisfactory. A plus point would be the location. Just a few minutes walk to both Queensway and Bayswater Station. Plenty of shops nearby to indulge yourself. Staffs were friendly enough to help with our needs to change towels. Would surely consider staying here again.
