My stay”
Entertainment was great. Everyone was personable. (Stringbean, Tights and chocolate) favorite bartenders, Richard and Kerrido. Favorite wait staff, Shemar and Kaciann. All these people listed about played a major role in my daughter and I enjoying this trip. The facilities are clean, housekeeping was great, never had any issues. Food is good but they cater more to Americans I would say. Overall this was a very relaxing trip and I thoroughly enjoyed myself, can’t wait to go back.

Rooms ”
Love everything with the exception of the beds in the rooms. The mattresses are hard as a rock and should be updated as soon as possible. It should be against the law to sleep on the open up couch in the rooms my back is in so much pain.

The stat was good the front desk manager ONIKA was awesome she made our anniversary special and memorable. She is very professional and caring she needs a promotion. Mrs Stone the concierge manager is amazing she resolved all our concerns very professionally. Sheryl at the check in is such a pleasant person she needs a promotion also. Those 3 individuals made my stay fantastic and I will go back because of them

Covid Restrictions made it boring”
Didnt find much to do. Apparently, due to covid restrictions, some of the entertainment activities were not being held. Also, restaurants were closed and we were stuck with buffet dining for the entire stay. I ate and slept and that was just about it. Outdoor reggae party made it not so bad. Otherwise...meh.

It was a lovely stay, the staff were friendly for the most part. The two major issue I had is the door handle kept on dropping off my room door from the inside and the food they serve (specifically meat) were either a bit too bland or too salty. But the overall experience was good but definitely not great.

Couple staying for New Years”
Overall, good experience but this place was definitely designed for families and not anyone trying to have a peaceful vacation. Pros: nice beach, great WiFi, food was good, staff was lively and very hard working, excursions at Dressel Divers near the resort are amazing (would recommend) but do cost extra. Cons: so loud (staff member conducting an activity and on the loudspeaker nonstop from 10am onward) guests were not great... hectic time during the holidays but people cutting in line for buffet, complaining to the cooks, reserving 10-15 chairs at 4am and then never sitting in them just so others couldn't use them staff was clearly exhausted from working through Christmas and everything so sometimes had difficulty getting questions answered (ex: was told the shuttle for downtown leaves at 10:30, then 10:45 then actually the last shuttle was at 9:45 kind of thing) Hotel overall just needs some money spent to spruce it up a bit (TVs are old, the water features are half broken)

I think for the price you paying you can get better front desk services, it took forever to check out. The room can be in better conditions, such as furniture goes and Refridge didnt cool at all. The food choices were not so great, plus they only have 3 choices of restaurants which they were not great. Im a beach person and the beach is what I go for and its not clean it has a lot of seaweed and should be clean out for the people to be able to enjoy it because right now you cant bathe there, the only part I was able to enjoy was the pool area..This property is making almost 400$ a night per pp and I think the amaneties sucks, I went with my boyfriend which is Jamiacan and he told me this hotel is nkt worth the money. I also wanted to enjoy the gym and couldnt the gym is on the other Iberostar property..It was my first time there and it will be my last..for the price per night you paying is not worth the money.

Front desk/concierge/guest services was terrible. Room had multiple problems including door getting jammed and toilet constantly running. Took calling front desk multiple times fro the door. Toilet was never fixed. Also was impossible to get a dinner reservation at Steakhouse and Japanese restaurant. Italian restaurant was terrible.

I visited with my best friend. Stayed 5 days and 4 nights. We went to celebrate our 40th Birthday. Her birthday was on one of the days we were there. They surprised her with a cake in the room. That was very thoughtful. The staff was fabulous to interact with. The food was excellent. There was at time or two while sitting at the pool that the staff didn’t come our way to provide service of drinks but that was not often. Also while we were there the elevators were down for the last two days we were there. Otherwise we had a great time. I plan to go back soon and will bring others with me.
