Accommodating ”
My girlfriend and I turned up in the morning after a long night out in London and were offered an early check in. The French guy was very well mannered and done everything he could to help our needs. We have stayed here a few times in the past and have never had any trouble ordering a drink at the bar, however the guy working the next night shift was trying to refuse to serve my girlfriend any drinks because someone he was too busy sorting out breakfast at 3:30am? We both found him rude and unhelpful. He seemed to hate his job. Overall it was a good stay.

A nice hotel”
It was a nice hotel, first thing to comment it looks very modern. The building looks like it is looked after properly and is kept clean and tidy. The staff were eager to help, and did always seem to carry a smile on their faces. The room itself (double room with a single bed) was a comfortable size, we were able to move around without feeling cramped, and there was space for our things to go. The bathroom was also nice, however was surprised to see that it was built for the disabled in mind. Nevertheless it still looked clean and, the shower and everything was working fine. We also enjoyed breakfast in the morning, which was fine. The selection of food available was nice, and the taste of it was good. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and you definitely get your value for money, although we only stayed one night, it was still a lovely experience.

The hotel was an all round superb hotel, it was clean, great design and first impressions where very good. The breakfast was hot and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We would recomend to a friend and will be staying there again.

Cramped Cold Rooms and Staff not focused on Customer Needs.”
I travelled by car to this place and tried my luck at parking behind the hotel. Spaces are about a dozen so it was full. I did know of free side road parking about 10/15mins walk away, so found one space. On entering the front reception I waited my turn to check in. You clearly won't recognise who is the staff as they wear Red T Shirts. One approached me didn't really greet me or ask me if I've visited before. Looked at my booking via his phone saying I'm in a Family Room which was wrong. Then double checked noting his error but still made out I was wrong. Anyway, he gave me my room card and told me to call reception if any need arose. I got into my room a very small bedsit which was very cold though spotlessly clean. There's no radiators only a wall mounted air vent controlled by a thermostat with little warm air. The wash room has a step so not good for elderly people. Afterwards went outdoors and in the lift read a small notice saying parking is available 24hrs for £1!

Diana checked me in and from the moment I arrived I was greeted with the warmest smiles, and very friendly staff. My room was large, clean and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Best part aswell is the 12noon checkout. Came back from a show and the bar was open and again Diana served me and she is a superstar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pretty Basic... Does what it says on the tin!”
Comfty bed, good size bathroom. Can't ask for much more. Only problem that they gave us a single room and spent 10 minutes arguing that the booking confirmation said double. Eventually did get the room we paid for.

Unclean and attempted to be charged twice”
The room we were offered was basically unclean. My wife decided that it would be better for her to go home and use the shower / bathroom if she wanted to get clean. Poor really. On check out we were charged again for some reason even though they had all the pre charged info through the app. it was sorted but just made it painful. Apart from that I guess fine.
