A broken senior citizens review”
Room is about 2.5m x 4.5m( 8ft x 15ft )Very comfortable queen bed which takes up most of the room, and you have about a 10" raised step to get access to a toilet shower cubicle, water was hot ,pressure okay, the rest of the space which is about the size of a queen bed is taken up by a sink and small bar fridge that is suitable for those with ducks disease( those whose bum is close to the ground) but not somebody with a bad back. Would not recommend to friends with mobility or hip problems, but for young fit old people on a budget its very suitable.

Basic but clean accommodation”
The vibe is a bit hostel - like. It has everything you need - a self-contained ensuite room with a comfortable bed, decent shower, heating, aircon, TV and wifi. The staff are nice and there was ample parking when I stayed there.

I have stayed here numerous times and very happy with facilities. Only needs a towel hook at sink as i have to hang it on the light fitting as nowhere else to put it. Shower needs a shelf for shampoo and shower gel containers as currently have to put them on floor when I forget to bring my own shower caddy to hang on the shower-head. Bed is comfy,

Great room staff were perfect and very welcoming. Loved that the room didn’t have lamps and all the fiddly stuff so my young kids couldn’t get into anything in the room so it made it so much less stressful

Staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. I always stay here as I find it is good value for the price. A bonus would be to install a towel rail by the sink as there is nowhere to hang your towel after washing your hands. The bed is very comfortable indeed. Tea making and bar fridge are appreciated. Will keep returning.

I chose this cos it was not in the centre of the city. It was in a quiet location even if near a main road. There are food places that are less 15min drive. The room was clean. The bed was just a little too soft for us. They had everything we needed for a short trip.

My 3rd stay at this budget hotel which I have always found to be clean & comfortable, no frills except that there's a breakfast room which serves all day meals which is very handy. Good location right just off the Federal Highway on the northern outskirts of Canberra, 15 minutes away from the city sights. Queen bed with comfy mattress, aircon, tiny bathroom but adequate, tv & fridge. I would recommend this hotel & will definitely stay here again.

Small but effective and good value for money”
The best value I could find for a one night stay in Canberra for myself and 2 teens. The room was very small but effective. Bit annoying and unhygienic to have to walk from the toilet past the bed to the sink on the other side of the room but ok. Bed was comfortable, bunk bed not so much, Mattress was thin and had a thick plastic liner around it. The front office lady was just beautiful. Very friendly and helpful, couldn’t rave about her more. I would stay here again but probably not for more than a night.
