Budget Hotel ”
Close to T5 connected by a Hopper bus for 5+ pounds each way , Room was clean , staff very helpful , I didn't expect much for the price and wasn't disappointed ! shower was cold , toilet blocked , only 1 teabag , noise outside the room BUT I would happily stay again , it is after all a BUDGET HOTEL as the name clearly says.

A great cost-effective overnight stay by the airport”
Look, it's got "budget" in the name, so let that set your expectations, and don't compare it to grand 5-star hotels. It is what it is, and it does it very well: inexpensive, clean, friendly, with acceptable amenities (bar, food breakfast), reasonably-OK shuttle bus service to and from Terminal 5 (once an hour, which isn't ideal, frankly, but OK once you know and can plan around the time (there's a cost, ~GBP10 for the roundtrip)). I dealt with a staff person on check-in, check-out, and at the bar for a Guinness, and all three were ridiculously friendly.

Huge bedroom and nice bathroom. The location is good but not exactly close to the airport, after spending £25 to reach the hotel I discovered there is a specific bus that links the airport and the hotel for £5.

Perfect choice for a flight to/from Heathrow T5”
There is hotel shuttle connection from T5 at a cost of £5.5 per person. If traveling with more than 2 persons, taking a cab is more economical. Strong shower is fantastic. Buffet breakfast is unexpectedly good for a budget hotel. Front desk staff is polite and helps me to solve the problem of printing at a low cost. Certainly choose again next time.

1. My room has a long desk with 3 sockets and fast and free wifi which is good for us working with computer from hotel. 2. Bedsides provide USB power outlets for mobile bedtime reading. 3. And I enjoy to link their new mobel Samsung TV with my samsung mobile. 4. Whats more, the staff is polite, patient and professional to solve my English problems cause I know Chinglish only, thank you.

Clean but cold”
What to expect. The clue is in the name "budget" It's a very basic facility. The building can be seen clearly when you exit the roundabout but trying to find the way in takes you through an industrial estate. No clearly lit signs. The room was very cold on arrival on a cold November night. The air conditioning was on set at 21c. I quickly turned that off . It was a cold night and there appears to be no heating in the rooms. That said the room was clean and the wet room toilet was clean and built for disabled. Good grab bars and seat in the shower. I don't know if all rooms are like this or if I was allocated this room due to my age profile. The restaurant is basic and uninspiring, but clean. Breakfast is self service and nothing exciting but sufficient. Reception staff on arrival and departure were helpful. It's ideal for a night before travel from Heathrow. The airport hoppa bus stops outside regularly for all terminals and Taxis can be ordered from reception.

Easy to settle in”
After a long exhausting flight, you just need a clean place with a bed and a bathroom to get yourself refreshed. Despite sayings that it is noisy because the hotel is next to the highway, I just fell into deep sleep right away.

Great for value with good eco-shower gel”
The hotel is very close to T5 (only has shuttle to T5 Heathrow). This budget hotel is neat and tidy, with wardrobe, shower facility (the shower is good!). Just remember this is a budget hotel with no sleeping slippers, byob. Simple breakfast items shown on the menu (we didn't order, but can order food from apps for delivery to the hotel). Parking is free around 30-45mins which is not bad if your friend drives you in. Staff are helpful and very nice. They know what they are doing and always answer to your questions. The only cons is that we checked out earlier but no refund for the remaining day (1 day). So perhaps this is the budget package with no refund policy. For those opt for budget small hotel, this one is highly recommended.

Decent budget hotel for airport transfers ”
No frills budget hotel . Decent rooms. Clean. Good shower . Perfect for longer transit fights or for staying near the airport for a day. Price is really reasonable . One word of advice , from the airport take an Uber as the black cabs will plain refuse to do a short trip. And for using an Uber you need to go to the 3rd floor of the parking lot in the airport .

Good short transit hotel but hard ans costly to get to”
Great budget hotel for a transit but getting to the hotel you need to book a taxi and a return fare is close to £40 after paying parking and drop off charges. The staff say there is the Hoppa Bus available from Heathrow T5, but when I called Hoppa Bus they are saying they don't go to the hotel anymore.

Shuttle bus service is awful”
Hotel fine. Clean. Nice bed. No issues. But the shuttle bus service is worse than awful. The information about which bus to get is conflicting, driver didn't speak English, hotel didn't know the correct bus to use. Ruined what would otherwise have been a good experience

Didn't sleep at all, was water pipe noise going on. Outside noise and doors banging. Would not go again. Customer service however was great.
