ALL were Excellent except the WIFI was fair and the Parking was very good.”
All were excellent except the interrupting between weak, good and non WIFI. The parking places were always available under the building in the shade but confusing to reach and understand.

I used the Ibis as a base as I toured the area. The breakfast was very good, and the measures they have put in place are mostly observed. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and the shower was perfect. The sink could have done with a closer clean (especially underneath). Overall, a good stay.

No frills, Clean and tidy in the heart of the cityy”

Despite room sizes being advertised online they can easily be overlooked and as an economy brand our ibis rooms are compact but ideally designed to ensure you have a comfortable stay. As explained to you upon check in for those guests not familiar with self-service theme we can provide items if you have not brought them with you - i.e. vanity kit. No receptionist in the hotel hall and u have to walk to another hotel for reception with your luggage and waiting too much for check in and check out as there is only one receptionist helping 2hotels (novotel hotel and ibis hotel ) Also very very small room and the WiFi is weak , no porter to help in carrying luggage and not well cleaning also i have to wait around 15 minutes to get hotwater and when it come it was warm And the lift is far from the reception

Towels were never replaced properly. Housekeeping wouldn't give us plates. Room had zero amenities. Bathrooms were clogged. It was a complete nightmare.
