Great Value for money ”
We throughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family we each got our own bed. It was even better that it wasn’t bunks. Plus it was bonus that we had a shower and a bath. Breakfast was actually a reasonable price as well. So definitely value for money. It was a shame the weather was cold it would of been great to use the pool. Throughly enjoyed our stay reminded me of school camp almost.

Very comfortable room in quiet location”
I really liked this hotel. Big room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. I loved the location in the bush-lands. It's a decent distance from anywhere, but if you're happy to use your car to get around then there's no problem; 15-20 min drive to the airport, city and Gungahlin. This will be my go-to hotel in Canberra.

Great value for groups. Old rooms well maintained. Staff did really well even though under staffed. They helped soooo much. The breakfast was excellent value for money.

We loved our stay. It was a bit out of Canberra which suited us with the kids and bikes. It is often used as a school camp location if that puts a picture in your mind. Our room was good, comfy as beds and pillows!! Bathroom had been renovated and was lovely but had a horrid smell. I assume everything being closed because of Covid didn’t help! But it had everything we needed except only channel 10 and ABC on the tv which was annoying. Pool was freezing but beautiful! Breakfast was basic, the buffet had bacon eggs beans toast, none of the special yummy stuff haha! Stone fire pizzas were so tasty but $62 for 3 is a bit steep. Would definitely recommend overall though and would stay again!

Some improvement needed”
The bar staff epicly fail at mixing overpriced cocktails. The beds need better matrices. The new aircons are great! Pool was absolutely filthy. The lack of room service this year was disappointing and the food price has sky rocketed, wood fired pizzas used to be $12 you could at least charge that for the microwave pizza the kitchen served instead of $25-$27 thank God for the pub next door I guess.

The room is clean but linings isn’t clean. Some has stains on it. Also, felt itchy when using the doonas. Night staff wasn’t up to standards. Called around ten times and still no answer. Morning staff was moderately better. Service could be better

Wrong description about bathroom in the family room. ”
There's only 1 bathroom in the family room where we stayed. However, on the agoda website it mentioned 2 bathrooms for that room category . Completely wrong description made the stay inconvenient.

Good location with good facilities.”
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel which had a good breakfast, good coffee and good facilities. It’s worth going back just for the pizza bar they have on site. However, the room was poor. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the room smelt heavily of smoke. The bunk beds were not made, the spare duvets provided were stained and the toilet basin was heavily stained. The bathroom also smelt of effluent so much so we bought air freshener to remove the smell. The location is good, however, despite being next to the freeway, it was whisper quiet and set in very nice grounds.

Good Hotel but don't book free breakfast ”
Very small dining facility as compared to the number of guests available. As a result there was a long wait to get a table for the breakfast. Good food but only one salt and pepper dispenser! and that too was empty!!! Rooms were clean and big too but not getting cleaned at all during our stay. We were there for 3 nights. No cleaning / service at all ! Wish I had known this earlier. Plenty of parking.

The location was quiet and the bunnies we saw at night were very cute. There were some interesting birds, and my son liked the bird named rooms in the main complex. The bunk rooms were very basic but the heating was effective.
