Great value for money”
I was in Canberra last weekend with my wife and two kids aged 12 and 9. I managed to book a family room with 2 queen beds for 2 nights. Perfect value for money. Clean linnen for beds and clean towels. Old towels had been replaced with fresh ones when we got back to the hotel. Ample parking at the hotel. Decent breakfast for a hotel of this type. Breakfast included bread/toast, pancakes, muffins, fruits, yoghurt, sausages, bacon, eggs and potato gems. Juice, coffee machine for self service, hot water and tea. Check in was a breeze (I booked through Agoda). Nice and friendly staff. Central location most things that are touristy. Will book again for sure.

We had a superior king room. It was a reasonable size with a comfy bed. The hotel is a little older however clean, tidy and well priced. The only downside was you could hear people in the hallways and doors slamming shut when people went out of their rooms

Kind, caring staff. Very noisy in corridor after 7am. Clean premises. Crisp sheets. Good TV. Milk in fridge. Needs hot chocolate sachets! Buffet breakfast of good food: scrambled eggs, bacon, yummy mushrooms, hash browns, fruit, yoghurt etc etc Thank you!

The hotel was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was not impressed that the staff did not have gloves on or offer sanitizer at reception with the current pandemic situation. Sanitizer was not on offer at all. The eggs at breakfast were a let down as the rest of the buffet was lovely. Remove the powdered scramble and give the guests real eggs and you will get a great result.

Really enjoyed our stay and will book again soon. Only things I can I fault is the air con didn’t work well and no one was able to come and check it. I was running a workshop there and had to remind reception twice the door was locked so we were late in starting. Once we were in, all good! Room was clean, tidy and just what we needed for two nights. Bed comfy. Room service was fast and delicious. Definitely recommend for couples and also business travellers. We’ll be back! Thank you.
