Perfect for Overnight Layover Stay”
Excellent location near Central London and within walking distance of the Underground station and numerous shops, restaurants and pubs. If you are looking for a place to catch some sleep after a long flight while also being near everything London has to offer, this is the spot. Rooms are a bit small but if traveling alone it’s suitable

Location is the best, near to plenty amenities. The room we got was tiny, toilet was really small (2 pax room). My sister’s room was better and bigger (3 pax room). Staff were very helpful 👍🏻👍🏻

Good location”
Location of the hotel is great as the tube is just a 3 mins walk away. However, we booked the hotel amidst their renovations hence the cleanliness is quite bad. Air conditioning was also not working but the counter gave us a mini fan for that. Hopefully after the renovation, it will be a great place for travellers.

The Hotel staff are not helpful at all.”
The hotel staff especially those in the front desk are not helpful. They do not try to make you happy. They did the following: 1- My booking is to paid once I arrived. The hotel staff tried 3 times to charge me before I arrived. I keep telling them by emails that please don't try to charge my card but they ignore my emails and calls. So please any one who book in this hotel, be careful they will charge you immediately even your booking is “pay nothing now”. 2- They checked me in a room that air conditioner is not properly working and it is not producing cold air. They said that they can not accommodate me to another room. 3- Their room services staff went to my room even that I hanged the “Don't Disturb Tag” on the door. They opened and door and went inside for cleaning even that I don't want them to clean ! 4- I tried to contact the hotel Manager, I sent an email and talked to the front desk staff, nobody cares! Finally, I don’t recommend this hotel at all ! No value of the money spent!

This hotel is very close to Earl’s Court station, 2-3 minutes walk. Lift is provided in the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. The room for 2 is a bit tight especially the toilet and shower, tiny space. If you’d like it bigger, get the room for 3 pax. Nevertheless, with the price it’s definitely worty.

Zaskakujący Overbooking”
Gdy stawiliśmy się w hotelu pan recepcjonista poinformował nas, że nie jest w stanie zameldować nas w hotelu pomimo naszej rezerwacji, ponieważ nie mają wolnych pokoi. Było to zaskakujące, ponieważ nie dostaliśmy żadnej wiadomości, żadnego maila czy też żadnego telefonu w tej sprawie. Poinstruowano nas abyśmy pojechali dwa przystanki metrem dalej do innego hotelu z tej sieci gdzie >może< będą miejsca. Wskazany hotel co prawda miał miejsca, natomiast przydzielony został nam co prawda ładny pokój ale znajdował sie on w piwnicy bez okien. Byliśmy zwyczajnie oburzeni takim obrotem wydarzeń, dlatego nie jestem w stanie ocenić mojego pobytu w tym hotelu.
