In house sand bath, but NO open bath”
In house sand bath is so convenient that's the reason I pick this hotel, but beware that this is NO my favorite open bath. Will pick the others for this price!

Sand bath, that's the only reason”
We stayed in a triple Japanese room for 1 night. Room was big, but the shower in the room looked terrible, I guess it's because most guests went to onsen and no one used the in-room shower for a long long time. We chose this hotel because sand bath, and it was good experience. Love the sea view in front of the hotel. After all, it was a pleasant stay.

Outlook is too old and the cement on outwall is peeling off, Room is too small, Breakfast is bad, Room rate is too high with such quality. Overall is not worth to visit again.

High Hospitality”
As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but I personally found the Showa-era retro style to be nostalgic and well-maintained.

設備がかなり古く、それ以外はいいと思います。 大浴場に刺青・・・という、規制が無かったのが、GOOD！でした。

ホテルの部屋のトイレ掃除が良くない…黒ずみがあった。ホテルのベッド下からもほこりが出て来て、景色のみよかったと思う。

温泉が気持ちよく、リフレッシュすることができました。 素泊まりプランだったので食事は館内のレストランでする予定でしたが、レストランは全て閉まっていました。唯、ビアガーデンを利用できたので大満足です。 仲間との楽しい時間を満喫出来ました。

Stay at Ibusuki Onsen on the weekend”
Location, it is recommended to use a taxi for less than 1,000 yen as it is about a 20-minute walk from the station. Also, since there are only restaurants near the station, it is recommended to have breakfast included. There are cup noodles in the shop.

古き良き時代のホテル”
設備は古いですが広さはあり、スタンダードな昔ながらのリゾートホテルと感じました。サービスは必要最低限なので物足りなさは否めず。難点は駅から距離があるにも関わらず、送迎にバスを出していない所と宿泊でも砂むし風呂は別料金、しかも小学生から大人料金な所です。トータルで考えると遠方からかかる金額に見合うかは微妙です。地元企業の研修利用があったので、それらがあれば遠方からの観光客はそこまで求めていないのかなと感じました。 食事は美味しく、スタッフの方々も感じ良く、泉質も良かっただけに惜しいです。

和室の部屋を選びました。部屋は古くて昭和な感じですが、広くて静かでゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。砂風呂は、お風呂場と繋がっていたのでとても良かったです。ホテルの方も親切でした。

お料理はとても美味しく夕、朝ともに良かったです。 残念だったのがプール前のヤシの木の高い街灯なども点灯をせず、節約感があり暗い雰囲気のホテルでした。
