The place to be in Tashkent”
We are a family with 2 young kids. For our first visit to Tashkent, we decided to stay at Sichuan Qala hotel. It was a great experience. The entire complex is very nicely decorated and comfortable. But, above all, we very much appreciated the quality of the staff always friendly and ready to help. We will definitely come back on our way back to Tashkent!

Comfortable rooms, modern amenities”
Nothing to complain about: this hotel was great! Staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were all professionals. We stayed in the pretty Fergana Villa - the hotel is modern but the complex is done up to resemble in the local style. . Pool is good and the gym is huuuugge (with a boxing ring, too). What a nice way to land in Tashkent. The location/neighbourhood is quiet and convenient. Shower in the bathroom had great pressure and nice warm tiles (perfect for the winter.).

A magical hotel”
A truly lovely hotel, unique, do not miss it. Yes, it is not close to the Metro, but if you ask the taxis outside for a price to get to the centre, or to the Bazaars, Museums etc you only pay 15000 sum, about £1.50, and that is the 'rip off the tourist' price!!! The rooms are a great size, spotlessly clean, walk in showers. There is an indoor pool and a fabulous out door pool. Breakfasts are incredible! A violin and piano accompanies your choice, seriously! Live classical music at breakfast. There is a set lunch for £6.50m which consists of three courses and tea, and the Hotel has a marvellous masseuse, called Milla, who gives excellent and professional masages from £14, I can highly recommend her.

Nice hotel however stay was rather disappointing ”
Photos of the room looked amazing and culturally fascinating; booked a junior suite for twin beds for 3 nights. We were given a said to be new room (to be exact room #537) which was located at villa 5 but it was underground and had no phone signal and very weak wifi. The interior decor was very plain unlike what we saw and expected in the photos. The safe was not working and required a key which we called someone to fix but they never did. The room also didn't even have a phone connected to it thus we couldn't call to the reception or room service; we requested for the phone but no one came to install even at the last day. One of the nights it was raining and we couldn't leave the hotel as the route from the villa to the main hotel door is unsheltered! Only plus points were the beautiful open area and musicians during your breakfast. Other than that, for this amount of money, i would search for somewhere else which would make the stay more convenient and comfortable as a tourist.

Unprofessional staff ”
Nice hotel big rooms and pretty clean for Tashkent. BUT staff continually just barged into the room. Sometimes they would knock but not wait for a response and just unlock your door, other times they wouldn’t bother knocking. Unacceptable and when I complained at the front desk they blamed me for it.

Massive luxury hotel”
Beautiful building with large rooms. Strong and hot water pressure and good gym and pool facilities. Breakfast is also a large spread complete with live band in the morning

Beautiful hotel, but poor management”
It was a surprise to experience that such a nice hotel could be run so badly. We had two rooms and the air conditioner did not work in one of them. We notified the reception and it took forever for them to come and check. Then if took another forever for them to do something about it. They tried to make us stay in the room and accept the heat, meaning no sleep, and made us feel we was the problem. Around midnight they finally gave us a new room..... The cleaner never left more than a tiny role of toilet paper meaning that we had to ask for more several times. I mean, in such a hotel!! Do they think we will take it with us or what?? Beds are extremely hard. Pillows thin and only one for each guest. The staff at the pool bar/restaurant was so slow. We ordered lunch and they would not set the table before after food arrived, meaning we had to sit and wait, and the food got cold while they ran away to find plates and cutely. Bad management, unfortunately.

Upscale Option in Tashkent”
Normally I wouldn't stay at such a pricey hotel but because I waited until the last minute to book an accommodation, there weren't many other options close within the city center. The staff were very friendly and the facilities beautiful. I felt the price was still quite high considering cost for other hotels in Uzbekistan but it seemed the clientele Qal'a is targeting are wealthy Russians. Regardless, I appreciated the pool, sauna, and comfortable bed!

El hotel está lejos de todo. La habitación es enorme, decoración barroca, el desayuno es muy bueno. Tal vez demasiado lujoso para hacer una escala. A mi forma de ver caro.

Aceptable hotel”
Mi calificación baja se debe a mala calidad de wifi. Teníamos una temperatura bajísima y en mi habitación estaba puesto el aire acondicionado a treinta y me puse enfermo del frío. Vino un asistente a las cuatro de la mañana y en lugar de poner la bomba calor me dejó el A/C. Mis compañeros de viaje tuvieron más suerte y si tenían la bomba de calor. La tercera pega fue que cenamos y no tenían ni vino ni cerveza algo increíble en un hotel de cinco estrellas.. por lo demás todo correcto.

-도심에서 약간 거리는 있지만, 조용하고 분위기 좋은 동네에 있습니다. -객실상태와 직원들의 태도도 매우 만족스럽습니다. -아침식사를 별도로 지불하면 10달러 정도임. 현지 물가에 비하면 좀 비싸기는 해도 만족스러웠음.

优点：早餐很好，品类比较丰富，还有音乐表演。员工服务态度很好，沟通愉快，帮忙拿行李。酒店整体环境比较优美。网速还不错。 缺点：打车的话不太好找，好几次司机都找不到。整晚都有机器轰鸣声，影响睡眠。枕头不够舒适，比较小。电视很小。
