I have stayed in some hotels in Icon 36 Group from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi as well as to Sapa. They made me very suprised about what they served customer. Room was large and had a very good valley view. Staff were always trying to help with all inquiries. Highly recommend

Best experience ever”
This hotel has definitely got the best value for money,They have been a great help in our trip, upgrading us to a mountain view room, allowing us to check in way before the check in time because we arrived early in the morning.The areas are nicely equipped, magnificent, with views that are great, beds and showers, TV, towels provided, blankets and sheets. We'd highly recommend this particular hotel to anyone planning to invest some time in Sapa.

Very nice”
Very nice hotel with mountain view from our room. The personnel was very very kind to us, we could even put our stuffs after the checking so we could go for a trek before leaving Sapa. Also we got a massage that was proposed for a few dollars. Finally was the hotel well located.

Great View of Sapa, Great Customer Service”
Booked a Superior Room, but moved us to the family room with a view when the room was unoccupied. Staff always willing to do the extra leg work for you to accommodate you. Breakfast choice was limited, but for the price of the booking it was okay. Had to walk a little bit up to the hotel from the town center, but the view was spectacular. Room was clean, heater worked well.

Great View ”
Hotel has a great view and good staff (selectively) some were great and some were so so. We booked three rooms for only one night. The beds in one of the room was very hard. The toilet in one of the room had only very hot water. So it's a rather old hotel, and if you checked in late and face a not so friendly staff then you won't be able to change your room much. Still a not bad deal overall, the view and location is great.

Hot water wasn't hot at all in winter. ”
This hotel is on the quite street, good for those who like peace and quiet. Breakfast was plenty as long as you enjoy local food. Sapa Town is dusty at present, although the hotel try to keep up but there is still dust everywhere, however the room wasn't that clean as we would have liked. Hot water is almost luke warm, not so great when it's cold outside.

Very good stay in here”
The hotel is above our expectation. Location is convenient. We have the Family room with garden view balcony from which we can see part of the town and beautiful cloud. Room is newly renovated, warm and cozy, clean and has all needed facilities. Staffs are extremely kind and helpful and very friendly. Breakfast included is OK. The only thing is the road is in construction which is dirty and car cannot get into the hotel. Hope when I come back next time, they will finish building this road.

Former beautiful hotel, but needs a new touch ”
The hotel was large, with a potential good view (high risc for cloudiness in some periods), but only for a few rooms and for the restaurant. The included breakfast (buffet) was alright - it seemed to be missing some things, but that might be because of the low season. The staff was mostly smiling and kind, but a few seemed to be a bit mad, and not that nice to us. The room and bathroom was fine, but the minifridge wasn’t cold, the AC was the only option for heating, and as it wasn’t effective enough for the entire room, it was a bit cold - especially since it was in last of November, with 5-15 degrees outside. The bed was really hard, but some people might prefer that. Option for renting motorbikes - 60/120k D for a half/fill day (calendar day, not 24 hours). ~7 minutes walk to the city centre. The hotel seemed a bit worn down, and if it had a small makeover, it would be really nice!

Great hotel (for the cost) with lovely staff”
We are a family with two young children. The hotel was very accommodating with our needs. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are ok (a bit run down) but we the amazing views out of the window all can be forgiven. It's a short walk down the hill to the centre of town (10 min walk). The breakfast is only a buffet when the hotel is very busy - when it does get busy all tables are full by 7am (when it opens). When we would go down at 7:20am a lot of the food was taken and the hotel wouldn't re-fill the trays. Very annoying! Apart from that we would recommend this hotel.

one of the cheaper hotels and you get what you pay for. everything was older but adequate. Very firm (hard) bed but that's not uncommon, a fair walk from centre of town but that results in a magnificent view from the balcony. chairs on the balcony would have been nice but very few rooms had them. adequate breakfast and beautiful gardens worth a walk through for the ambience and the view. in the end it was actually good value for money but definitely not "Flash"

Staff arrangements everything was good, just the location a bit far away from Sapa Town area(but it's depends on yourself),it's take around 10-15 min walking time to reach the town, maybe is located uphill area so it's take longer time. But everything shouldn't be a problem And the more important is need to enhance the WiFi connection

The location is very quiet, relaxing and renewing! However, I hope that their facilities will be improved when it comes to their Dining and gardens. All I can say is that the price paid is all worth it! Also we love the initiative of replacing towels and coffees everyday! I just hoped that the breakfast will be served even if you arrived 5mins before 9am. Anyway, such a good place and location!!!

They will try to rip you off”
Alright I am usually not the one the leave bad reviews but this time I have to. I have to say that the rooms are not bad even if they are way to expensive for what it is. The big problem with this hotel is the staff. First we tried to ask a question to the guy at the reception and he simply stared at us and walked away. That happened 2 times. We also had to argue about the fact that they give us a room that we paid 20us, with no fan or air conditionning, so small that you couldn't even walk and a bed hard as a rock. But the worst of it all is when we were charged 120dong for the laundry. We bearly had 1kg, it is the most expensive laundry I have ever paid of my life. We try to argue but she pretended like she didn't understand when we know she did. Do not stay there. There is many nice places to stay in sapa don't stay there.

It's not what it looked like”
I booked this property because it looks nice in photos and reviews. But when I get there, it's kinda disappointed. Everything is old, facilities are aged, esp bathroom was unexpected. Although it got the really nice view, and the design is really good, but I think I've been late for 10 years. The breakfast included is also unexpected. There's no buffet during weekday due to there's not much tourists. And even the buffet is not good either, some dishes were too salty or too bland. If the hotel's owner decide to renovate the hotel and replace the cook, I promise I'll get back there in the future.

Breakfast was various of western and vietnamese foods. I truly remembered Ms Ha who were hard working every time. She must be good manager and was always smile and made sure that every customers must be happy when staying. And she did good job. We could not complain as they could do their best for not only us but also any other customers. highly recommend.
