Apartment as described. Overall nice apt with good view, great location to walk downtown and Bayfront Park.

Downside was from an administrative perspective. The host DID resolve but took lots of messages and days Apartment did not have sofa bed as listed; air mattress available but no sheets in apt. Also, only one key fob given. Key fob required for apartment elevator and to access pool (our group had 4 adults). After several messages even phone calls the sheets and 2nd key fob were finally provided.

nothing it’s a crummy building in a crummy location. parking is non existent and lot parking / valet is extremely expensive.

cheaply / poorly made and decorated building. the unit had horrible lighting and no comfort.

When we first checked in we couldn’t get into the room because the door tricky & the only way to let yourself in was to force your way in.

The room plugs did not work, the ac wouldn’t stay cold this staff was very rude and it took the host about 40 minutes just to come down and get us to check in

Wish I would’ve known there’s so many steps to access the apartment took over an hour to check in if you’re impatient like me I wouldn’t recommend. It was mediocre and overpriced.

everything was great.

fob didn't work in middle elevator. The kids working front desk called me SIR then told me I was not in that room. When I asked him did your just call me sir, in front of my friend Lidia while taking her photo & his co-worker, he lied to me in my face saying he didn't then back track his statement to me in an unfriendly manner and tone of defensiveness.. Felt as if your being dishonest verse just apolgiging for the mistake then his work ethics are not up to standards. Also, lots of standing in front of lobby door entrance was always a task to migrate through.

Love the pool, scenery & Brickell location. Condo was nice.

PARKING!!!!! TOO EXPENSIVE & INCONVENIENT!!! Our Airbnb manager didn't give us the correct info about parking

Even though the view was beautiful beds were comfortable and it was clean when we arrived. My friends and I found it very unsafe because of the tube/shower sits high climbing in and out is dangerous especially when getting out. This should be mentioned when guest are looking to stay. Also check in was horrible I understand the process however front desk wasn't friendly or kind I was ask for copy of ID to avoid delays however I was delayed and was told it was never received. Key fob wasn't working had to go to front desk twice about it just to find out they had my room # wrong. At checkout, the host didn't advise us to leave the keyfob in room when we checked out so then came an extra trip through a crowd One last thing I didn't like the idea of leaving the keyfob and leaving the door unlock but I did as I was ask to do.. there isn't enough parking

The view and the look! Its everything that comes to mind when you think of Miami! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The living room and kitchen were very modern. All rooms of our apartment had an amazing view of the bay. The kitchen had all we needed and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. The staff in the building were very helpful and the host communicated very well with us before and after our stay.

No complaints. We wish could have stayed longer.

Food was not part of this property's offering. There was both indoor and outdoor pools and spa amenities like: steam room, exercise room, sauna and shower. The area is walkable, views excellent. The complex is right next to a park with a foodtruck court next to it- very nice!

We informed host of a few minor issues, the daily parking rate was higher than originally stated and we checked what the mattress is for the master bed (bamboo) so as to avoid ever owning one (too soft, like a futon bed). Minor things all said.

Host was 45 min late. Sliding glass doors need to be updated. Very loud traffic noise

The apartment was as expected and advertised, great location and great unit.

Check in is different since you have to meet at an exact time with the key agent to be validated with the front desk person, hence, if arrival in Miami is delayed or agent delayed you cannot check in to the apartment, you have to wait around. it could be better and more streamlined like a normal condo hotel reception check in which is no different to a hotel check in
