Close to a lot of attractions and had a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Staff were amazing. Always asking if you needed assistance. Only negative would be that there was only heating, no cooking in the room. Had to leave the window open all night because the room got so hot

The resort hotel is quite big, and is linked with other hotels, theme park & shopping mall. There is a skypool as well, too bad we have to check in late and check out early based on our planned itinerary. The room is cozy, and clean. however, the bathrobe provided is too rough, it will be great if they provide bath robe made with softer materials. The parking lot is sufficient, there is multi-storey carpark next to the hotel building. suggest to drop off the luggage at the hotel's main entrance first before heading to the car park, because that will be some walking distance to the car park, same thing during check out. there is no lift at the carpark if you park at the basement. Location wise is very convenient, because it near to many tourist attraction like camellia hill, hello kitty, father garden & etc.

Perfect stay for families ”
Everything was perfect except the check in takes almost an hour and we have to wait for 20mins for our everyday breakfast because the restaurant is always full.

Amazing rooftop pool”
The rooftop pool was the selling point. Super warm and a great view of the waterpark. The room itself was a basic hotel room. I did appreciate the blackout curtains however. Overall we had a great stay and well go again in the future. Only thing I didn't agree was the cost of the breakfast buffet, or was way too expensive.

Sky pool was over crowded.. not enough pool chairs, you have to pay for the pool sunbed at the back at the back... didn’t really enjoy the pool. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Kinda disappointed”
The location of the hotel was really out of anywhere.. luckily we rented a car but still, driving for more than half an hour to anywhere that we wanted to go in Seogwipo was still quite tiring and seems rather inconevenient. The hotel was really nice but still, for the price, i wouldnt stay here again. The facilities especially the theme park was a bit disappointing as we were atill ebing charged for entrance fees despite being a guest at the hotel.

Jeju Shinhwa World Shinhwa Resort”
The hotel was big, clean and comfortable. We were given free access to their watermark via their sky pool as well as free admission tickets to their theme park. My nephews were a bit disappointed that half of the water park was closed the day we went and thus there wasn't much rides to take and so we went to the theme park instead. The theme park was okay and the rides were suited more for young children though adults could join in the rides too.

Facility and accommodations were fantastic. There were a lot of restaurants and things to do on the property. The only downside was that the water park was only partially open. The big slides and kids splash park was not open the entire time we were there. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. We would have given this resort 5 stars otherwise. It’s a beautiful property with top notch decor and spacious rooms.
