Hotelnya megah dan mewah, kamar luas. Harus dicoba sarapannya karena sangat enak dan banyak ragamnya meskipun harganya cukup mahal. Lokasinya bukan di tepi pantai, mau ke pantai jalannya jauh. Tidak banyak restauran di sekitar hotel. Transportasi umumnya agak sulit. Ada bus bebayar 4500 won ke airport atau sebaliknya.

Sangat memuaskan dari berbagai segi”
Kami sangat mengharapkan dapat menginap di Kitty room, tapi pemesanan lewat agoda tidak ada pilihan untuk room tsb, jadi kami memesan kamar standar dan saat kami tiba di hotel kami minta di-upgrade ke kitty room, beruntungnya ada kamar yang tersedia, tinggal tambah sktr USD 120. Seluruh isi kamar, benar2 memuaskan... Senangnya melihat anak kami begitu gembira dengan segala dekorasi hello kitty yang ada disana.. Katanya.. kalo bisa kamarnya mau digotong dibawa pulang.. Kolam renangnya.. keren, apalagi ada kincir yang menambah indah pemandangan..

We were staying here as a group of three in a standart garden view room of 40 sqm. It was totally fine, room was with a terrace and windows goes at the central pool. the whole experience was good, its has a path to the ocean by the cliff, with a pure water and a volcanic sand which is very comfortable. The territory is well organized, theres warm pool, sauna, gym - all you need. There's many cafes in 1-2 km, you can take a nice walk and pick any, including Starbucks. Our favourite spot to have breakfast / brunch was "Make. Bake. Roast", its at the side of hotel. It was very difficult to order food inside the room. It says it's 24 hour which is unfourtunatelly not quite true, because you cannot order almost anything except of club sandwich and coffee. By the way, Lotte, three cups of coffee for 72 thousand Korean Won... Really? And the near cafes are closed since around 7-8 PM. Lounge also works 24 hours but only providing snacks... We are vegeterians, so it was very difficul to just have a dinner. In the evening its better to take walk through the main street and find smth. Overall, staying was good

Lotte Jeju is a great place for convention attendees. The meeting rooms were near the hotel rooms, the restaurant and bar were good to hangout in to unwind after, and the pool and shopping were impressive.

Amazing experience all round ”
I requested for the same room or a similar type of room as the one I had stayed in my previous stay. The receptionist was very helpful and instead he upgraded the room to the premium ocean view room as the room I wanted wasn’t available. This above and beyond attitude wasn’t just prevalent at the check in. All the staff members were extremely polite and helpful. All round top experiences from the best hotel on the island. The cocktails are pretty class too

Lotte resort pleasantly surprised me with this family trip. We only booked Lotte initially as the nearby hotel was booked out. However, we will now plan to come back to Lotte next time. Rooms are clean and food was great, however if I have to choose one thing, it will be their staffs. Everyone was very attentive and professional - from the porter to restaurant staff and chefs. We only stayed there for 2 nights but we will be back for longer next time. The hotel has a lot of facilities including bowling and indoor/outdoor swimming pool so you can easily spend time at the hotel. I will definitely come back!

There are so many things to do for children. There are many activities. There is also a huge play room for children to go to. The swimming pool is catered for children as well. Only downside was the fitness center. I wish they had more equipment.

pros: nice location for people who are looking for nature attractions, very helpful staff, free airport shuttle, big rooms cons: very expensive, plus you pay for some of the hotel facilities, and they're not cheap. for example there's a bowling alley which is really nice, but hotel guests don't get any discounted price, indoor pool is not free, outdoor one also has weird charges (canopy for example)

Nice grand hotel, Buffet was amazing. Hotel staff nice, only big problem for me was no AC, room was 27c and couldn’t sleep. They fixed problem and brought a fan and discounted room rate for me.
