Called numerous times to remind us that check out was at 11am. We checked out at 11am…housekeeping just left a bag of towels at the front door and didn’t even take the used towels. A waste of money.

Good design in exterior and interior. We stay in 3 different type of villa and each villa is great. The view was also good. And the staff very helping with all our needs. Really enjoy our stay here (^o^)

Our unit was wonderful! The staff was beyond accommodating and ready to assist us with anything. We've received one of the best services during our stay. The company (Lotte) lacks in the area of maintenance. They've built beautiful units in a very peaceful location but they haven't invested enough money to maintain the villas. I hope this can change in the future as we look forward to staying at this villa again!

Management”

The management is so poor and no service at all. Very poor on; Food Access House Keeping Facilities It is strongly recommended to operate shuttle service between villa and Jungmoon vicinity even if there is service fee.

loved the hotel and the spacious rooms and everything and especially the food!! probably the best in jeju. however i must say the lovation is a bit far from the main jungmoon area

Wonderful villa”

Awesome stay”

My stay at the villa with my extended family of 10 is pleasant and memorable. The villa is off the city which is not a problem as we have rented a vehicle. It comes with 4 rooms which is just right for us. Each room is nicely decorated and the high tech toilet seats are the highlight for us. The automated flipping of the toilet seat, the seat warmer and the music that comes along upon sitting is just... pure enjoyment!!!! The entire floor is heated to warm our cold feet during the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, utensils, cooker and pots...and the most amazing thing is the Samsung fridge which dispense ice and drinking water!!! Felt like a queen!!! As its located slightly up hill, we experienced snow!!! The children can play with the snow in our garden safely! There is FOC airport transfers which I really appreciate. The staff are very friendly and very professional! I would love to stay there again if I ever go back to jeju!!!! Although its pricey but I must say it is worth of every single cent!

I will choose to stay in this Villa again if I visit Jeju again. I love the size of the villa which is big enough for my family of 4. The villa is clean and tidy with very good furniture. The bedding and linens are comfortable. The amenities are very nice. The facilities inside the villa are enough with a very good washing and drying machine. The refrigerator is big. The utensils and cutlery are clean, new and enough for use. The service is also very good too. The car park is just outside the villa, which is very convenient. I love the Lotte Jeju Art Villas.

还不错”

酒店位置比较偏远，周围没地方可以逛，只适合观赏风景，安静度假，吃只能在酒店里面，非常不方便，如果不是自驾车或者有车接送，不太建议，除非你只想一直呆在酒店！但是适合有车的安静度假，环境很美，风景很好！

想有个完美的假期”

总体来说还算不错，但是我觉得这个价格相对来说对应的软件硬件有点稍微逊色。不过酒店的服务也是挺不错的，司机，导游，能叫到的都帮我们联系了，酒店内部吃的东西也还算不错吧…

别墅很美，房间很舒服”

非常好，如果餐饮选择多一点就更好，酒店内的可活动的区间不多，只是在别墅里面自给自足，没什么其他活动可言。

环境优美，服务周到，很享受！”

短暂的住了三天，给我最大的感觉就是周围的环境非常幽静，空气特别清新，设施很齐全，员工服务很到位，这里需要特别感谢酒店帮助联系的出租车驾驶员。

家庭或朋友度假的好选择”

三个月内第二次入住，除了位置偏一点其他就都很好，对于喜欢安静不吵杂的人来说会很喜欢，全别墅型，房内设施齐全，尤其是厨房设施，如果是家庭或朋友聚会时间停留较长可以在当地购买食材一起温馨的享受家庭的生活，孩子们也可以在宽敞的客厅里交流玩耍！

服务还好，环境好，房间宽敞。”

用餐价格略高，房间不错。就是安排的位置在入口附近，总有车辆经过或停靠。不是太好。如果是家庭出游，是不错的选择。空间大，可以让孩子有足够的娱乐空间。也可以做饭，餐具很好。就是要买好多东西，待的时间短的话就不必要了。

リゾートの立地が不便でどこに行くのも車の手配が必要です。 カラオケの利用が無料だったのは良かったです。あと、施設内にコンビニもあるので部屋でゆっくりまったりする人にはおすすめです。

のんびりと親しいもの同士で楽しめる。夜の歓談など 日常を離れ優雅に流れる時間がよかった。最新の設備が滞在を楽しいものにいてくれた。
