직원들이 매우 친절하고 they were very professional. Very good location . 조금만 가면 바닷가 산책로가 있고 도보로 주상절리대 그리고 천제연 폭포 and many more places to visit in walking distance . Highly recommend who didn’t rent a car. Had lunch and dinner , price is very reasonable and food was very delicious

I stayed at a suite room and the room was very spacey. I can't deny that it was a bit pricey despite staying during weekday but I'd say it was worth the money. I was amazed to see purified water dispenser in the room. The pool was very nice and pretty quite. It would be a nice place to stay if you travelling with your family. There was a self BBQ grill, which I did not know about but would like to try when I visit again next time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice location (close to the beach, a short drive from halla mountain). Few restaurants in the area in our opinion, but the food at the hotel was good, breakfast was really good.

We loved our stay here as the property is beautiful with lots to do. We hiked, went to the private beach, swam in the pool, and relaxed in the hammocks. Overall a great stay!

The access to the beach is not very easy as you said but it takes less than 10 min. by car or 20 min. on foot. And regarding the options for restaurants nearby, we would like to recommend variety of options next time you visit. We have lots of restaurants nearby such as Jeju style of bbq restaurants, sushi and sashimi restaurants, Korean restaurants, fast food, beautiful cafeteria, etc. We hope you to enjoy variety of delicious and unique food and beverage next time. Front desk staff were not friendly at all. Never did they greet us or tell us hi or have a good day in passing to and from our ventures as we passed them on multiple occasions. Bed was too hard for me personally. We loved the restaurant and the restaurant staff were friendly.

For the price the facilities was bare minimal. The hot water was not even mid hot during a normal shower. The room was very small compared to others in the area. Carpet was filthy dirty. Nothing to see within the hotel. Manager that checked us in was not so friendly at all. Bed and covers were nicer, but still not enough to go back again. Nothing special compared to high price it charges. Could have had better time at 1/10 the price at another spot.

Dear sir/madame, Thank you indeed for staying at the Suites Hotel Jeju and even for your valuable comments. Regarding the a/c, we are afraid to say that the hotel's a/c system is a central control system like many other mid- and large-scale hotels which means it cannot run in both ways hot and cool at the same time. Because it is still cold at night and even dawn, now we run only heating. We hope you kindly understand it. And, we are sorry again for the outdoor pool. We all wish the outdoor pool would be open for all seasons, but it's not cause' there is no water heating system at the pool. However, it will be open for May 13~Sep. 30, we hope you to come again and enjoy beautiful sunshine and nature of Jeju island at our outdoor pool. We hope to see you soon in coming summer. Thank you.

Location is great, the beach is 15 minutes walk. Beautiful surrounding . There is beautiful cafe by the cliff -Bardaraba is also 15 minutes walk. Reasonable choices at breakfast. Will come here again.

Great stay despite certain issues”
Despite some issues, we had a great stay at The Suites Hotel Jeju. Staff was friendly and approachable. Hotel was also clean and location was pretty good. There is also an airport limousine bus that stops outside the hotel in addition to a convenience store that is located next to entrance. We stayed in a Family Room with Terrace, and whilst we were at the terrace, we had other guests from the 3rd floor smoking, flicking his ashes and even spitting down on us. We reported this to the staffs, who apologised. Not sure if anything was done afterwards, but we refrained from sitting on the Terrace after that incident. We wanted to request for a change of rooms, but could not be bothered as we had too much to pack/unpack. Whilst the terrace is nice to relax, I would warn other travellers to take this into consideration as all it takes is an inconsiderate individual who will ruin your entire stay. There are parking spaces available, which are limited and can be quite small. There were also some travellers who park inconsiderately, taking up space from other lot so that no one else can park. Though the parking were relatively full during the days we were there, we still managed to park. Overall, this hotel is great. Though I would suggest the staff could do something about travellers who are inconsiderate - such as ensuring that cars are parked properly and also following up on reported incidents.

First of all, we are so sorry on behalf for the inconvenience due to some smoking guests at their balconies. Though we are informing guests in many ways that the whole area of the hotel is non-smoking, there are still some guests who smoke in the hotel especially at the balcony of the room. However, we will keep trying our best to find other ways to reduce inconvenience from smoking. In addition, we will also try to find the solution for the improper parking. I enjoy having breakfast in the restaurant (just besides the lobby). You can reach the sea shore, beach and other locations conveniently. It is comfortable in the room. Free parking is provided.
